Me han cobrado varias cosas de las cuales ni solicitamos el servicio, mucho menos los usamos. Llegamos a la hora puntual a recogerlo y a entregar el camión y la persona q atendió puso horario diferente porque estaba muy ocupado y eso se convirtió en un cobro exagerado para nosotros por dis que entregar tarde el camión. Pésimo servicio.
Edgar S.I was given a pickup location. The location was CLOSED with no way to pick up my truck at all. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes I was given an alternative location.

Info from filling out the app did not go through to their system so I had to provide it again. Equipment was not swept clean and there was spilled soda in the cab. Not only was this location far from my house making me late but also had to clean the equipment before using. Called corporate who said a district manager would call me, that never happened. Terrible service all around.

Christopher D.First I made my reservation to avoid waiting to have a uhaul and do it faster but still they made me wait an hour because the truck was not in place to pick it up. That's what I call having no commitment as a company because they should have more control and know if the truck has not been delivered, have another ready to avoid conflicts with their customers. It may be better to go or make the reservation directly in the places where they have the trucks than to do it in places where you have to wait for them to bring them.

Abriel C.The location was fine but UHaul needs to make it clearer that 17 foot trucks need to be returned to the location they were picked up from. There should be NO OPTION to even look at other locations when booking a 17ft truck- I had to drive an hour back after moving all day which was NOT clear upon booking. I was told there was no option except to charge me $100 plus if I left it at my new home location. Very disappointing and will never use UHaul again for this reason.

Mauricio O.The lady that assist me when I pick up U-Haul is so nice and very helpful, she suggested me to take picture of the dashboard which indicate the mileage ,amount of gas ,etc.. before I leave the place and she's right because I notice it that the paper work that she give to me the gas amount is 3/4 but in actual is 1/2. Then when I return the U-Haul I show them the picture so the only charge me $6 for 12 miles run. Thanks

John W.I did NOT request this pickup location. My location I went to was 25 miles away, where there was NO VEHICLE for me. I had to hitch a ride with a TOW TRUCK DRIVER TO GET TO THE LOCATION FOR THE DAMN TRUCK. VERY UNHAPPY. I must add that Keith's Care Care was amazing helping me track down my missing truck. They saved U-haul's ass on this one.

Mike C.We reserved the Uhaul online and chose not to have the insurance since our car insurance covers us driving anything. There was no need to have it. When we went in and got the truck, they make you sign the contract without seeing what you are signing. She gave me my copy when I was walking out and I saw that it had the insurance. I asked about it and she said just let them know when I dropped it off what happened. When the time came to drop it off, the new man at the counter kept saying that he couldn't take it off and that I shouldn't have signed while it was there. I said I wasn't paying for it since I did not add it and he called Uhaul. He had to wait and the phone kept saying that he was in line and they would be answered in the order that they were recieved. This man kept hanging up and recalling! We had been moving all day so both our phones were dead. It took over an hour for him to finally just take it off. This was a service that we did not need or want and they added it themselves. It was handled very unprofessionally and the man was rude about it. I would not use this location or recommend it to anyone.
