I believe we were vastly over charged for gas. We only went 30 miles. Which I replaced plus some. And we're charged 30.dollars. I had such high hopes for this location.since home depot just let us down.

Location was in a Spanish Market, the clerk had no idea what to do as far as checking in for me to pick up the truck and it took about 45 minutes to get everything resolved. A nightmare!

Stay safe coverage was added by clerk and I did not request. Service was very slow and I must have signed for the coverage after waiting an extended time for the truck. I did a mobile check in and did not know coverage would be added afterward.

It is not a traditional U-Haul location, it is a drop off in a parking lot of a convenience store in a dark lot. It isn't comfortable for women to drop alone at night. The key box is small, falling off the wall, and didn't seem secure at all. I would not recommend using the location to drop after hours.

This location is new to the U haul family, overall they did a great job.

Upon arrival to this location, I was told that they no longer have a UHaul drop-off/pick-up. I was then told to go down the street to a different location. When we got there, a lady told us we were not allowed to drop off as she does not accept one-ways. She then told us to visit a different location and that is where the truck is. The original mileage & gas meter will be incorrect upon reviewing it as we had to drive all over to finally find a place that would accept the returned truck. Overall, very poor experience and quality of service.

It was just a little confusing on where to get key. Reservation said contactless and then I had last minute location change. There was no key box. I asked in Primos and they sent me next door to the Smoke shop. Staff were very friendly though.

Very helpful. Let me park my personal vehicle in a safe location as I had no one to drop me off to pick up the UHaul truck!

Reserved online, arrived at store at 9am all was ready. left store 15min later, very good customer service, I will be back here when I need a u haul again.

When I got to this location I gave my reservation number to the manager ( didn't bother looking up the reservation number) and he told me we were at the wrong address because i ordered it from another location but the pick up was with this location. So not knowing I left went down the street to Compass storage to the other place I ordered the truck from and the lady told me that we were at the right location. Then I went back and I told the manager we were at the right location and then he says " Well I don't have access to the trucks ". So I told him The email says to pick up from 2406 College Ave Ruskin Fl. He said he didn't know what I was talking about, And I told him a lady called me and said that the truck was ready. I looked in my phone and called the number that she called me from and as I was calling his phone started ringing. He answers and I started asking for the r truck that I order and was told it was ready for pick up. The guy notice that is me and waves the phone say hey it's me that your calling. And I said exactly you all told me the truck was ready. He gets on the phone goes behind the side door come back with the keys to a truck. So that was very frustrating. I went out the see where the truck was and as I'm looking around the truck checking for damages etc, the tire light comes on and the truck has a flat tire. So I had to go back in the store tell the manager. He comes out and acted like it wasn't his fault nor his problem and after 15 minutes gave me keys to another truck. This was the worst experience I will never use this company again. He cost me exactly money because I had mover waiting on me to come back with the truck. I spend at least 45 minutes trying to get this truck from 2406 College Ave. And it was a complete waist of time. Moving is already expensive. That manager at 2406 College Ave is in capable of running a store and U-haul.

I received confirmation for my truck.to only be called next day to say location not available. Was given another location 8miles out.after we rented truck first location called to see if we was still coming. Requested dolly to lift dishwasher and they didn't have one so me and my 65 year old husband had to lift them.also was given a return location that was closed. Second location would not take truck said he had no room to store .third location closed. Finally found location to except truck.and uhaul charged me for extra miles and notes are in system. Left message with uhaul for supervisor. Manger keep being told someone will call me back.Dont trust this company

Great guy! He was so nice, understanding and super helpful! I had to get my drop off location changed to this one because my original drop off location was horrible. I'm glad I called to make the change.

This location did not have a "park here" sign, so someone had to come out from the store/business and tell me where to park the truck. At that point, I found the drop box key, because there was nothing and no one to tell me where that was. I would recommend a sign be printed or emailed to the customer showing the appropriate locations to park and drop keys (if there is no office available at drop off).

I was rerouted to this location because it was the only place that had the truck I needed. The customer service was top notch! I can't remember his name but he went above and beyond to try and help me. I am upset with traffic for sending me so far and then just removing my appliance dolly from the contract because my pick up location didn't have one. I can't blame the pick up location for poor traffic management.

This is the ONLY location I would recommend because Junior went above and beyond to ensure I would get a truck. My overall experience besides this specific person, I will never use or recommend uhaul ever again. I was called 10 minutes prior to picking up my truck to be told there were none in my area. Once another location was found on a different day it was canceled on me. Terrible experience. Traffic in Tampa exceeded my expectations to make it right but the hassle and stress of this company is beyond terrible.

Have items requested blankets, furniture dolly, trailer cleaned out. Help check lights, don't call the night before pick up and ask if I could hook up the trailer myself. Poor service!

Advised rep that truck is leaking fuel, had to fill up 3 times. Said manager would call me back by Thursday to see if I could possible be reimbursed or maybe adjustment on bill. I have yet to hear from anyone. Very bad experience and dangerous.

The cup holders were not clean. They all had sticky gunk in them. And the truck was marked full by this location and was not full so I got screwed over when turning it back in.

I have an open ticket/issues with my rental. There are multiple charges that don't add up. First - mileage I did not exceed 25 miles but was charged for 50? Why? fuel - picked truck up at less than a 1/4 tank and returned at a 1/4 tank-charged $30 service fee and $30 for gas? Why? Never used the truck and was charged a $25 cleaning fee? Why? This has to be a mistake, called today and spoke to someone who said someone from uhaul will call me back to discuss this error. If I don't get a call back- I will absolutely dispute this charge with my card company. Alex Ruiz 813-760-7676
