Liz LTruck needs ramps on them, and could definitely ben cleaner, the checkout and all through online/ or in the app is a Whole big difficult process and is much easier & Faster to do in person. Good location and friendly guys workn.

Brian LThe overarching U-Haul organization could make their website more user friendly by making it easier to skip all the extras that may not be wanted. Put them all on one page for crying out loud. I tried to use the online service and not only was it cumbersome, both times it failed: once because it said the truck was unavailable when it was, and once because it changed what I was renting on one of the last pages. I didn't want to go back through ALL of those extra pages to edit it. The local business was absolutely fantastic!!!

Lea AContinue to offer great rates in all areas of service. Keep at least 1- truck of each size on lot at ALL times. (I liked calling the 800 number to reserve my truck verses calling local offices.) My experience with U-Haul was GREAT!!! . Thx

Mary DI picked the truck up with my son and it had little to no gas in it. And when I returned the truck with the same amount of gas in it they tried to charge my card multiple times for three different amounts. And kept trying to charge it thru out the month I have been renting U-Haul trucks for years at the Bluefield location and there was never any problems. They also charged 15 dollars more for the same truck.

Russell GThe drop off location called me about the lock on the back of the truck, stating that they were going to have to cut it off if I didn't come get it. The lock belongs to U-Haul, is not mine. It was on the truck at pick up & we were supplied the combination. Gave them the info & combination. They acted surprised, like they had never dealt with a lock being in a truck before.

Latosha WJennifer and her husband were AMAZING! Not only was she so helpful on the phone but in person was even better. They took time to explain things and did all they could to help me. This was a very important trip for me and they took a weight off my shoulders. Pleasant experience and amazing staff. I will be returning because not only did they do their jobs but they were happy to do so. Please please recognize these two!
