Meyar ABonjour, J'ai essayé de retourner le camion avec l'application 1h avant l'heure qui était prévu mais ça pas fonctionné donc j'ai du quitter, j'ai appelé le service à clientèle pour fermer la location vers 19h45. J'ai reçu la facture avec des frais des frais 25 $ en plus stipulant que j'avais ramené le camion plus tard

ALEXANDRE LMaybe the problem isn't this location in particular but the whole rental process was painful. When I got called by U-haul to change the pickup location, I was not made aware at first that the location would be closed and that I would have to use my phone. When I tried to do the rental process on my phone, it said that I needed to meet in person at the counter, but the location was... closed! Had to spend way too much time on the phone to fix the situation.

Anne-Marie BThe only thing I did not like, was the fuel level. I am used to pickup vehicules with a full tank, and return it with a full tank. When I picked it up, was at ¼. A bit difficult to match level for return. I probably put more in that I burned to be on the safe side.

christian Bthe store opened up almost 45 min later than it was supposed to, therefore i received my truck late. i on the other hand had to pay my guys waiting for me starting at 10 o'clock. really wasn't impressed by customer service.

Andre BLe monsieur qui s'est occupé de moi à la prise en charge et au retour a été d'une gentille exemplaire. Très patient et sympathique, il m'a aidé alors que j'avais de la difficulté à reculer le trailer. Un vrai plaisir de faire affaire avec quelqu'un de souriant comme lui!

RAYNALD FThe trailer i rented had been damaged by prior rental folks and it had not been fixed upon my arrival They had to fix it temporarily or tell me i had no rental available that day. They did do a temporary fix and assured me i would not be responsable for any of its prior damage which they noted onto the contract otherwise all was good

RICHARD VWhen we make a reservation, have the website work properly. It let me make a reservation of a truck when a week later (less than 24h before the reservation date.) I receive a message to tell me that everything in my reservation was changed.

Manuel GI had reserved a 20 foot cube truck. When I arrived to pick it up they did not have it as the customer who did have it had not returned it on time. They offered me a 15 foot truck but I knew it would be too small and would have to make an extra trip to finish my move. Therefore more kilometers and more cost to me. They were totally inflexible about the situation and made no effort to reduce the charges knowing that they didn't deliver what was ordered. I had no choice but to take it as i was working with a deadline. Poor customer relations and satisfaction.
Paul FThe employee was very helpful with the proper connections / mounting of the trailer to my truck and he made sure everything was operational before allowing me to leave.

marco lOn confirme sur mon courriel cet endroit, mais ils n'ont rien, après 45 minutes au tél.,pour savoir où prendre la remorque, on m'apprend que c'est à Farnham,??,plus dutout sur ma route. Ai du prendre plus petit et & le but de la location ne répondait pas à mes besoins. Très Très déçu !!! & le prix plus élevé pour plus petit ???

Roger HI had reserved a trolley with the truck, but when I picked up the truck, none was available. A notice in advance would of been appreciated since we were counting on it to help with the move. I'd suggest that if you can't guarantee the equipment to be available, it should be said at the beginning
