Please ensure trailer chains are neatly stored on the trailer. I made it 1 block from their driveway after hearing the chains dragging at the back if the trailer. I was unhappy to find a roadkill (a cat) had been picked up and slung on to the trailer. Gross

Either app or cell connection was very poor at this location. Did self-drop off bc business was closed (Sunday, after hours). Took required pictures 3 times bc app kept closing. Trash outside business made it difficult to park / back trailer in.

One thing I was dissatisfied with is the fact that it wasn't relaid to me that rental time started when I paid for it & not the morning. Now I know when I pay the time of rental starts.

The people were very rude and overcharged us. I reserved a truck and paid the $30 but then the guy said that we owed $34 that $30 was just a hold fee. It made no since. He never told me over the phone it was a hold fee he said it was to pay for the truck. Ended up spending $100 on a truck that was only supposed to cost about $65. Very unprofessional

Tried calling but received a voicemail when they were supposed to be open. I was notified 14 hours before pickup that the truck I weas supposed to get wouldnt be there. I had to drive 37 miles to get another truck where If it were where it should have been renting from it was about 11 miles.

The keys had not been left for the uhaul. The owner was an hour away. An area representative had to cut a new key and give us dollys because ours had been locked in the store. He drove an hour to get there. This location was 45 minutes away from where we requested the uhaul pickup so we were already behind schedule. We weren't told until 10 minutes after we were supposed to get the uhaul that we had to drive to another town. We had people meeting us to help us move. They drove 2 1/2 hours and had to wait for us because of the uhaul. We ended up being 3 1/2 hours behind schedule and had to move in the hottest part of the day.

Had to drive hundred's of miles in a truck with no air conditioning in 95 degree weather. This was a 2022 truck. Asked for five dozen moving blankets go six not six dozen just SIX. This was a planed move not spur of the moment so there was plenty of time to get the equipment checked and blankets. Try moving a household with six blankets. The whole process with UHaul was very confusing. You rent from one place they send you to another. The fault isn't with where you rent it's all with UHaul. UHaul gets zero stars!!!

Back of truck full of used fast food containers.I reserved 2 dollies that were not provided but was charged.Still waiting on that refund.Never received phone call to confirm my reservation so I spent half hour at orginal location till I figured out you were sending me 14 miles out of my way to a different location.

The drop off location was very hard to find with a small Uhaul sign. The location did not check the gas gage. We returned the vehicle a with a little more gas than we received it and the drop off location drove it back to the place we rented it from and the reading was based off what the truck real from after we dropped off the truck and the drop off driving the truck back to the original location and leaving a gas bill for me. NOT ETHICAL AND BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE.
