Honestly, I am unsure as to whom should the blame be placed for the circumstances and situation I faced upon my visit. I lost money, I had to cancel my movers, and had to pay family to assist in my mom and even fly the home. All this as a result of my experience with Uhual!

The gas gage was off so we got the uhual with a half tank and because the gage was messed up we ended up returning it with a full tank and wasted 185$

Roof of the trailer leaked. Wound up getting the custom cabinetry we were hauling soaked. Everyone was nice. Reservation was easy. But the wet cabinets ruined the transaction.

Not much at all. The manager was very helpful and cooperative. There were strong storms predicted and I could not be sure which day I would be able to move. He worked with me, and all worked out very well. I will use this location again when needed. I highly recommend it !

Was charged $368 cash. No refund of $100. Security deposit after U-haul quote. Place closed earlier than it was supposed to. I called U-haul and they said I'd get the $100 security deposit refunded. Returned it with more gas than I left it with by 1/4 tank. U-haul said they would have to look into that. No call from U-haul today as they said they would about the security deposit refund and extra gas.

After having more issues with the Uhaul app, and the web application I will be showing up in person to do future rentals. Both the web app & the app are simply unift for their purpose. The online/app issues are much too aggravating. By the way - the flippin' idiot that came up with the idea that the customer can't schedule 24 hours for an in-town move needs to be fired. That BS is fine, if you just need to move a few boxes or a couple of pieces of furniture - it is TOTALLY INADEQUATE for moving. Which is your primary function.

Not sure what can be done to improve this location. The gentleman that works at this location is courteous and pretty quick at getting you check in and out! Have used this location several times and it's always been good service.

The employee probably needs to pay better attention to when the U-Haul actually got took back instead of calling 2days later and saying "When are you going to bring the U-Haul back that you got Thursday night it's 2 days later and I don't have it back yet.". I took that U-Haul back the same night I used it. Just little rude customer service was uncalled for when the employee obviously didn't check his Dropbox for the U-Haul keys which is where I put the U-Haul keys after I locked it up and put the keys in Dropbox which is where I was told to put keys after hours.

The turn in vehicle was a nightmare. Store was closed so had to complete on line. 30mins. Wouldn't take information. Picture after picture after picture. Torturous experience. Engineering degree, technology sales, rent cars every week of the year in cities across the nation. Do some serious coding to simplify the damn rental return process when the location is closed.

Drop off location had overpowering marijuana smell. Worker was nice and helpful, but definitely not a family friendly place. Not a commentary on Puff N Stuff, but about Uhaul in general: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH FINDING A DROP OFF LOCATION!!! We asked to return in Tullahoma, TN. We were sent to Manchester, TN over half an hour away to a muddy junkyard with no one there and no way to turn around in the pouring rain. We called Uhaul multiple times and were hung up on, told the woman couldn't help us & hung up on again, on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up on â€" we could not get anyone to help us. We drove to the Uhaul location in Tullahoma, TN and found that it was closed with no one there. We continued to try to call Uhaul as we drove over an hour to Murfreesboro, TN in an attempt to find a person and return the trailer. In Murfreesboro, we were told they could not accept the trailer and we had to call Uhaul AGAIN. Despite us telling the woman we had called multiple times and could not get anyone on the phone to help us, she refused to make any attempts to help us. We FINALLY reached someone at Uhaul over the phone and were told that we had to drive ANOTHER HOUR to McMinville, TN. She stated that she had extended our drop off time and there would be no further charges. When we got to McMinville, TN, we found that she had NOT kept her word and there were charges for dropping the trailer off after 10 am that day. The gentleman in McMinville was helpful and was able to reverse the additional charges. Overall, this was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! It cost us over four hours of messing around time and an extra tank of gas.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with UHAUL. I made a reservation on 7/11 to pick up a truck & auto transport trailer from UHAUL on 7/16 from the Morrison, TN to Jonesboro, AR. Total for truck, trailer & insurance came to $579.00. Well, unfortunately Morrison Hardware didn't have a truck available on the date of my reservation, so I was referred to Sparta St in McMinnville. Great, right? Not exactly. Yes, they had the truck, but he didn't have the auto transport I had booked. Luckily the Morrison location did have the auto transport, so I picked it up there. What no one told me is that by splitting my reservation, my bill would nearly be doubled. I ended up being charged $529,93 for the 15 foot truck we rented, and billed $428,45 for the trailer. When I called the Morrison location today, I told them it looked as it maybe I was billed as if I was using my personal vehicle to tow the trailer and not the UHAUL. They couldn't see where they had entered anything incorrectly & referred me to call (800) GOUHAUL. I spoke with a very sweet lady there by the name of Katrina. She was very helpful. Notated the issues. Expressed that she was sorry for my inconvenience. She also told me that the auto transport wasn't showing that it had been turned in at UHAUL in Jonesboro, AR, and I told her it was turned in with the truck on Saturday. She said unfortunately she couldn't help me, but that the TN Scheduling Dept would be able to. A lady by the name of Nikki took over from there. Nikki wasn't as helpful as Ms. Katrina. In fact she seemed to want to antagonize me. She also didn't see there was any fault by UHAUL. Apparently it's all my fault that I was billed $369,38 more because I chose not to pick both items up at the same location. What choice did I have? On top of that, absolutely no one brought that to my attention. Any business can make a mistake, but you should provide good customer service & admit fault when there is fault & take the appropriate measures to fix what can be fixed. The end. Lesson learned. Never again will I choose UHAUL.

The staff was super helpful and nice. They gave me a lot of information about the size and prices of everything. The trailer was in good condition, and I said yes it was clean because I don't know protocol, however I would prefer it to be swept out. Our furniture got very dirty in the trailer. It was a leather couch so I was able to just wipe it off with some leather cleaner.
