It took a lot longer to complete the documents than I expected. but, the people were friendly and the equipment was what I was expecting.

Tom CTried to note during the check in process after hours on-line that there was a light on the drivers side front fender that was not working.
David RUpon pick-up of trailer, clerk did not know how to properly connect safety chains. I had to show him how to do it. When we opened trailer to inspect it was discovered that the trailer was not cleaned out. It had nails, screws and other metal materials scattered on bottom of the trailer floor. I jumped in to pick up mess on site. When I got trailer home I did a sweep and inspection. I did find additional screws by back door of trailer. I marked that I would recommend to friend but I would do so warning them of my experience.
Jim KGreat customer service, made sure I understood everything and helped with warming the vehicle and scraping off the frost. Would highly recommend to others!

Philip Dgreat people at Pukall, but the computer registration process is time consuming. It took 2 minutes to hook up the trailer and check lights, at least 20 minutes for computer registration.
TOM FWe have rented U-Haul trailers from this location in the past and will always return in the future if needed. Dave is a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. We were thankful for his help because we are both senior citizens. this is a great place to do business with.
Charles ODave hooked me up in 3 minutes, but your computer system took over a half hour to get me going. That needs to be simplified and speeded up. The trailer was great in every respect.

Alice ZTruck was in good shape but sounded like it might need some maintenance…ran somewhat rough when idling and immediately upon takeoff, but overall did well. Got good mileage and handled well. Only negative was that truck is listed as seating three people on bench seating. Does NOT hold three people comfortably…middle of the "bench" was set up for a child…very uncomfortable and no leg room for an adult.

KAREN KU-Haul representative was knowledgeable and friendly. She hooked up the unit to the truck for me, validated that the trailer lights worked, and was very helpful. Trailer worked as expected. The only issue was that the door was difficult to operate when mostly to all-the-way open...as if it had been damaged or needed lubrication. I reported this when I returned the unit.

Bob PThis is the second time in a row renting a U-Haul trailer from this location where the lights on the trailer worked intermittently.
ZACHARY PSystem had issues, and had to wait for a long time before printer reprinted my copy. Was charged twice by U haul and called Pukall. Cust service was not friendly and referred me back to U Haul. Have not heard back from U Haul. Terrible experience.

Kenneth RI had terrible trouble with your app and website for attempting to return the trailer with Pukall closed. The personnel I reached on the phone were very diligent and polite, and worked hard to try to help me, but it was clear that the technology and your computer system was failing. again this is not a criticism of your personal as they were working hard, and very polite and diligent. I believe they were giving me good instructions, but the system was not working as they expected as a result I am actually still not finished returning my trailer and have to wait till the location opens after the holiday.

mary dBack overhead door was very hard to open. The door only went up 4" and then you need to stand on bumper and jerk it up. Ice was not the problem. Inside front windshield was dirty and a bit difficult.to see through.

Thomas STruck had engine problems and the front end was not aligned properly it was the worst truck rental from uhaul I've had. Several times I thought the truck was going to die it stuttered getting up to speed. I'm very disappointed with this rental.
Cheryl Ji didn't even have to enter the facility - a staff member met me in the parking lot and i was on my way in less than 5 minutes.

Daniel RThe woman who helped us was very short with us and seemed to be put out that we were there when she was trying to close up. We had an appointment so there was no reason to seem put out that we were there. There was someone in front of us picking up a piece of equipment so we had to wait, which was fine, but she made a point to say we better drop off by the scheduled time or we would be charged for another day even though we were checked out late. The location would be closed the next day and she said she would check the cameras. We were not planning on keeping the rental for longer than what we paid for but this comment just seems to be unnecessary. Lastly, the equipment was defective, the lights on the trailer only worked intermittently and I was pulled over by the police while driving at night.
