Henry G.The truck was absolutely filthy! There was sand and other dirt all over the cargo box. We had to sweep it out before we could load our belongings. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke, had cigarette butts in the cup holders, and some sort of substance spilled all over the console. The window was dirty and covered with bug guts. I don't believe anyone at the facility checked this truck at all. The odor of cigarettes was so strong it irritated my throat and my grandson and I both smelled like an ashtray. I tried calling Go-Uhaul but I was on hold forever and just gave up. I would have contacted the office staff but they obviously just don't care. I sent my check out and check in notes with this same information and received no respone or even a coutesy "Gee we're sorry about that." To say I am frustrated and angry would be an understatement. I am very disappointed with Uhaul and will suggest others use another company.
Ian W.They forgot to give me the utility dolly I ordered online. When I called the next morning to explain, the gentleman I spoke to told me tough luck. Seriously, all he had to do was as his CO worker if he sent a dolly with the truck rental. It's a small third party location, they had 3 trucks!!!!! Not like they couldn't have kept track of how many Dolly's they had between Sunday morning and Monday morning.

Damon A.Receipt scheduled a 0600 pickup. At the location on the mobile app it said 0900 so I lost 3 hours. I reserved a furniture dolly but it was not provided nor available. The truck was filthy. The people at the store were very nice despite the reservation being screwed up.

Katrina C.I rented 26foot from this location. Website did not work. You have to set your phone to access reservation. U-Haul corporate could have done better job of getting issues resolved. After speaking with 2 reps said had to call customer service for discount after hour of hassles trying to get truck. At yuma location did have Employee Chris help out as much as he could for all of the errors that were made. They forgot to put extras in truck and add key to box. Whole thing was stressful but Chris did help tremendously to make the experience better . I would give him above average rating for his dedication. The rest was very unpleasant..

Jeffrey M.The truck size I had reserved was not available, so had to downgrade to a smaller truck (which meant two trips instead of one). They also changed my reservation time later by 2 hours, which meant doing more moving during the heat of the day which we were trying to avoid. I wanted to do the contactless mobile checkin, but when we got to the facility our truck was behind a locked gate, which meant I had to go inside (where there were multiple people) and a rep needed to move the truck out for us. The equipment we had reserved was incorrect, and we needed to wait for them to change out to what we needed. in the Age of Covid, this was NOT a contactless experience and I was very disappointed that so many things were incorrect with the checking out of the truck. The truck, thankfully, worked fine.

This facility is in need of a new belt for their appliance dolly, though I had no problem.
