Ryan AThe attic in the back of the truck was full of water and soaked all of my items. The cab of the truck smelled like cart urine and under the seat was full of trash. I notified customer service and they were supposed to contact me about it. They still have not contacted me.

KENNDA GYou overcharged me for gas when it was exactly where i picked it up at. 5/8 tank and I have before photos and after photos. None there to return as they were on lunch so i took pictures, called her once I saw the charge and she couldn't help me. Not sure how to truly dispute the $8,35; but it is my $8,35 and 0,89 a mile was a lot to start with.

latrice eThe person that helped me was very pleasant but apparently couldn't help me further when I told her I was told to return the gas at where it was and wasn't told it had to be at a quarter of a tank. I went on to explain to her when the reservation was made the customer service rep was rude and not very helpful and hung up on me at the end without thanking me for making the reservation. I already did a survey on that call but never heard anything back. Very disappointed with this experience.

CHRISTOPHER WI was very disappointed at how My rental was very dirty in the cab and in the drivers area. I found numerous pieces of candy in both places and lots of dirt

Henry GThe truck was absolutely filthy! There was sand and other dirt all over the cargo box. We had to sweep it out before we could load our belongings. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke, had cigarette butts in the cup holders, and some sort of substance spilled all over the console. The window was dirty and covered with bug guts. I don't believe anyone at the facility checked this truck at all. The odor of cigarettes was so strong it irritated my throat and my grandson and I both smelled like an ashtray. I tried calling Go-Uhaul but I was on hold forever and just gave up. I would have contacted the office staff but they obviously just don't care. I sent my check out and check in notes with this same information and received no respone or even a coutesy "Gee we're sorry about that." To say I am frustrated and angry would be an understatement. I am very disappointed with Uhaul and will suggest others use another company.
Ian WThey forgot to give me the utility dolly I ordered online. When I called the next morning to explain, the gentleman I spoke to told me tough luck. Seriously, all he had to do was as his CO worker if he sent a dolly with the truck rental. It's a small third party location, they had 3 trucks!!!!! Not like they couldn't have kept track of how many Dolly's they had between Sunday morning and Monday morning.

REBECA NTruck windshield was cracked and so dirty you couldn't hardly see out of it. Had to use a water bottle and tee shirt to clean it just to get to a gas station. Truck had no power even on flat roads - would have hated to had to drive long distance with this truck.
JAMES CThese employees were professional, friendly and moving. I showed up at 902 when they open at 9. These workers were definitely working and on the move. They were both pleasant to talk with about getting a rental. I would recommend this location when asked.

Mattie BCharged me for 9 in gas for the gauge not being on the line I took a picture and it literally was lined on She tried to also hold me responsible for damage done then realized I took a picture it took way longer then it should have to check out Never again
