The two women who did the rental paperwork at the Surrey location for my one way rental had no idea what they were doing, caused several problems that required multiple phone calls from me to Uhaul including a rewrite of my reservation. This location is located inside a grocery store and the rental process was interrupted several times for them to ring through someone buying groceries. The one shining light in this whole fiasco was Vivian at the location where I dropped off the truck in Nanaimo. She apologized profusely and took care of everything to make the process as easy as possible for me due to the screw ups or laziness of the Surrey location staff.
