I was asked to pick up the truck a day before I needed it and was told I had h til Monday to bring it back. But, they neglected to tell me I had to bring it back to the location I was going to by 10 am. I told multiple people from U-HAUL that we were signing a lease at 12:30 on Monday to move in. HOW could I possibly have the truck back at a location at 10 in the morning?? AND was charged another $64 after already paying over $300?? I will never use this company again!

Tara KThe only "issue" was that the employee at this Uhaul was new, so he took more time than a more experienced one. Wasn't an issue for me personally, he was a likable guy and very good with customer service. The entire process was so easy and convenient, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again!

ROBERT MInterior dash lights not working extremely hard to see at night. Had to turn on done light to see. Radio and climate control lights not working. Could not see very unsafe

Lucinda MJust an observation the steering was a little loose I've driven U-Hauls and sometimes the steering is tighter and this time it was kind of loose and wobbly and it was hard to tell if it had a full gas tank I don't know if the gauge is old or what

Lorraine NFront of truck was dirty on the outside but inside the cab and truck was very clean. The person that we dealt with was very informative and friendly. He did a nice job explaining everything!
Doug BRyan was awesome, we had a bike break down and he was able to rearrange a reservation to accommodate our needs. On a side note, uhaul needs to install tie downs in all the trucks and not just the vans! Thanks Ryan.

Heather MThe site would only let me rent for 24 hours from this location, despite there being multiple trucks on site both when I picked up and dropped off. I went with this location because the one I usually use was charging significantly more for the same vehicle and same time frame ($59,99/day vs $29,99/day, $1,29/mile vs. $1,09/mile), which was not what U-Haul advertises on their website.

Todd SI had real trouble with the truck. The windshield wipers wouldn't turn off and it overheated so much that what should have been a one hour trip took 4 hours.

Ana PMy brother's dog has been going to the vet in front of this location for years. However, nobody in my family knew there was a U-Haul rental and bottle redemption center behind the vet office until I stumbled across the address online. Cool to know.
