The clerk for the store also handled the U-Haul business. We were interrupted 5 times so he could help store customers. The printer was a problem getting my copy and the drop off location was not the correct one so we had to call and get it changed.

Tried to extend my rental thrubthe app but I guess that didn't save and turned into bullshit
Amanda POnly one person at the entire store, so it took a few minutes to check in, but drop off was great as the employee came out to greet me as I dropped off the trailer.
Steve VHe wanted me to back an empty trailer into a very small spot using my 37 ft motorhome. I explained to him many times that his parking lot was too small for me to do that with my big rig. (we barely fit in it as it was.) Cars were bussing in and out as this is a corner store. Finally some other person helped me unload but the main guy was pretty rude, then he charged my card with out asking. I had planned on using a different one than what was on file but he did it while I was unhooking the trailer. If I could give him negative stars I would. I did find the gentleman that ended up helping me to be nice and hopefully he gets a better boss.
Jessica TNot only was the truck running terribly, I'm pretty sure the transmission is going out on it. Was very shaky and did not feel safe. I was charged for extra things, the neighborhood where this location is at is super sketchy and unsafe. When I dropped of the keys I was so over it I forgot to check it in and got charged extra. I'm pissed!

Amelia CThe customer service wasn't good here. They put ahead other customers for the gas station beside Uhaul customers making me wait even though I was in line first. This is a horrible location to rent Uhaul. The guy at the counter didn't seem to care that this was affecting the Uhaual business when I mentioned it. And I told him that I wouldn't be bringing anymore business here nor referring anyone since he didn't care about my business.

Ivy FThe only issue I have is with Uhaul itself, not the specific location. I had scheduled my pickup at a different location. I was never told I was to pick up the truck at a new location until I got to the first location. Super annoying. Just send me an email.

GARY JOperator is very friendly and helpful but is running a mini mart at the same time. You may have to be a bit patient depending on other business.
Steve JThe original rental was at Houston in Gilbert AZ. BUT THEY SCREWED IT UP. I asked for 5x9. Got there they reserved a 4x8. So we ran to AJ. Rental was twice as expensive cause of this error on Gilbert's. Don't recommend going to Gilbert again.
KEVIN RDrop off person was pretty rude. Gave me a hassle over the gas tank. Said I should have said something to the people at the pick up location about the lack of gas. Have another truck rented for this Sunday pick up, definitely won't be dropping off at Pyramid market. Tank was refilled to where it was when I picked it up. He did check me out at no extra cost though. So all is good on that matter.

JASON EGet a location closer to our home -- it was a 20 mile trip to get it. And, we had to get the tow dolly at a DIFFERENT location, then that location made us go to a 3rd location to get the tow dolly light fixed!!!!

Matt LThe original location selected more than a month in advance was changed three days before pickup to a mini mart where they sold rip tickets and Crack pipes. It took more than an hour for the clerk to figure out my reservation, check out the equipment which was all beat up but functional. Not a good experience, especially for a single woman traveling alone. Very disappointing.

Louie CWell for the first part I would not make it cheaper if somebody returns a U-Haul when those U-Haul place is all over because I’m in a predicament right now where I’m stuck in Mesa which is 2 1/2 hours from where I live because I had to return the U-Haul just to be able to get it to where I only had to pay $400 instead of 700 I just wish I could’ve returned it home in Showlow because now I’m stuck in the heat and I have terminal cancer so I’m pretty much screwed

I was originally supposed to pick up at a location near me, but uhaul switched me to this location, an hour from my place, the day beforehand. When I showed up to pick it up, they told me someone had it out and that I would have to wait for it to arrive.

Thomas WThe truck was beyond filthy. The manager was extremely rude to the point he was screaming at me for wanting clarification on company policy. He tried to say I didn't put enough gas in for the return, luckily I had my gas receipt to show him I filled it to where it was last on the gauge before I picked it up. I left the dolly in the back of the truck and he told me to go get it and bring it to the front. He even over charged me and was extremely hostile, even said he would be glad to never have me as a customer again. Uhaul should drop this guy
Sarah LPicked up this truck got to location to load loaded my whole house up in this truck sat down for a break and one of my movers noticed that one of the Dooley tires was completely shredded called about this and the solution was to unload the truck so they could come and put a new tire on it chose not to do that place of location for pick up was dirty he never looked at the truck to see if it was in good working order would never rent from this place again. This door should be shut down.

Vincent PI reserved a Van on the 1st of March and used the moving help listed on the uhaul website and 2 men were booked for loading and unloading the Van fot the 4th. On the 3rd I noticed on my Uhaul dashboard the Moving help was scheduled

We were scheduled to pick up a trailer at a different location, but when we arrived, there was no one there and the doors to the building were locked. We waited for about half an hour before calling Uhaul to see what was up and were redirected to this location. The staff at the second location was very helpful.
LESTER DThe truck was very dirty on the inside with dirt and rocks. It has a very bad Alignment the steering wheel isn't straight while driving. And this was the 3rd location I was sent to because no other place has one as I was told over the phone
