WILLIAM HThe only issue that I had with drop off is that it was to be in Lewes de but the lot was full. so, we had to drive to another location 1 hour and ten minutes way so a three how round trip. I did call the corporate office, and they gave us free mileage and an extra rental day to make it convenient to get it returned. So in the end we were happy.

Todd VThere was something wrong with the headlights, could only see 10 ft in front of vehicle. The lights were shining don't on the road, not straight ahead. I only drove it 4 miles in darkness, it was scary & dangerous
JOAN HSign up was completed quickly and I was in and out and on my way quite fast. Everyone was polite and a pleasure to deal with. I will probably return in a week or two to rent the same trailer again. Also, the price was unbeatable.

Jason PThe box was full of trash, old deodorant can and leaves, trash. I still cleaned it before returning it. The original fuel reading was over by a 1/2 tank. Still filled it back up to there original reading I just grabbed it and left bc I was so uncomfortable by the staff. The guy had it ready and warmed up for me with a hand brush. Breathing down my neck. Then tried to pan handle me for 5 bucks so he could get lunch. I was beyond displeased when I returned. Same guy went over it looking for something wrong, after I cleaned it better than it was given to me. Was also charged an extra 5$ for the 15$ for insurance...... I've used you guys so many times and was never charged that. Looked at past recipes. Was also charged a " rental tax" which was odd too. This place has a bad business practice, so much that I went back and emptied my parked car of and valuables 2 hrs after bc I was worried I would be robbed.
ANTHONY GWhen going to the website to rent a uhaul i selected the pick up location of seaford de and drop off location of federalsburg md, the first vehicle that came.up was the cargo van, I selected that and proceeded to rent the van. When I went to drop off the van the app told me to go back to seaford to drop off. I called uhaul as I was supposed to drop off in federalsburg. The representative told me this was a in town rental only and I had to return it to the pick up location. This van should have never been an option to pick up as I selected the drop off location.
Michael WCheck in was difficult. Had to wait a half hour for the truck to warm up because the business claimed they knew nothing about the rental, an employee of the business said he was taking the only truck ready to go. I had to put in 2 refrences to verify my renting of the truck??? The whole process made me very uneasy. Not a good experience.

DEBORAH OFor the love of all that is good put some lights out front and some parking becuse the place is James tighter then a Chinese finger trap not to mention I had to pass another uhaul rental location on my way to this place and that location was no offered as a drop off location for some reason not to mention I had to download and use uhauls janky app to return the Truck after the business hours or be charged a fee which makes no sense since I'm sure the location has security cameras that could confirm the time I dropped off at

LUIS VThe workers and boss were very nice and accommodating. I'd even go there for a car repair. But the Uhaul I rented had terrible alignment and could not get to 45mph in a 55. I would recommend the location but not the 15ft truck.

William SI reserved a cargo van through the uhaul website that was reservation guaranteed and the location called me a few days prior to my pick up day to inform me they didn't have a van nor never had, glitch with the uhaul system maybe. But they were great to offer me another truck at the van price.

He was the best in walking me through the entire process. I would rate him and his location as excellent with five stars, all the way. Would definitely use this site again and recommend to anyone!!
Randi CCouldn't have done it without them. Very helpful folks here. I rented a 25' truck and motorcycle trailer. My motorcycle wouldn't start after I got there and they helped me push it onto the trailer.

ethan mNo one was available to take the keys during normal Saturday hours..was able to give my keys to a worker at site (quality automotive in Sussex Ave, Seaford, Delaware) and the following day received a call from U Haul that they never received a confirmation from Quality Automotive that the truck was returned.. yikes.. very unsettling How ever I did contact the live chat at UHaul 3 days later and they confirmed that they did receive confirmation of return..phew! Thanks UHaul
alan bThe staff is friendly and helpful however on this particular visit the equipment had not been maintained to be used for that particular day. Note: The steering wheel had too much play in it, the defroster and heater motor did not operate on an extremely rainy and windy day and the front brakes where shot, with metal on metal grinding taking place during the entire trip. Left a note with the assistant but know way of knowing if it was given to the owner and operator at my rental location. Overall i enjoyed my rental however the truck maintenance was a low point. Im confident the owner will hve the issues taken care of ASAP.
Carl BI think all of the trailers should have a wheel attached to raise the trailer off of the hitch if you need to unhook the truck for any reason. If the trailer is loaded it is way too heavy to raise off by hand.
