LISA BTried to check in through the 24/7 app and it wouldn't work for me. Ended up having to call Customer Service to process the check in since the dealer was not open yet.
Douglas PThe location was located in a junk yard. There was one small sign we missed when driving down the highway but once we turned around we had to enter a junk yard and drop the trailer off. There was no place to drop the contract and everything was filthy.

bonnie kWe reserved for 4 days but had to keep and be charged for 5 days because that location was closed on the 4th BUT the location was also closed on the 5th and no one there when we dropped off so that didn't make sense. Just screwed us out of an extra day and he blamed the system.

Angel FPicked up the trailer, got it loaded and had a tire go flat. Had to find another UHaul location to replace the tire for us. In fact, all the tires were low on air pressure, some as low as 40 psi. But, the UHaul Center took care of the all the tires for us.
Jo AUhaul charged me for all 6 days upon turn in instead of just for 2 extra days (a difference of over $100). The personnel at the turn in location couldn't do anything to change it either
Andrew PU-Haul has always been very helpful, truck drives smooth without any problem.
Mbouwe N1st trailer had tail light problems and when I got it home and inspected unit, it had a flat tire. Returned trailer to Quality Collision and received a replacement trailer that was newer and in better condition. 2nd trailer worked properly and had no problems with unit.

Michael ACan't really rate this location from the inside because we wasn't invited in out of hot weather but again the service was courteous & prompt & very polite. Again thanks to U- haul for getting us a truck when we needed it the most.
