Absolutely nothing. Your UHaul representative was so very professional and explained everything to me. She was so very nice, as well. She made my renting experience very easy. I would highly recommend the UHaul location.

Proprietor was super helpful getting me on the road to my short errand moving a lot of stuff in a short time. She directed me to swap my car into the van's parking space, which was a great idea for both of us. Will definitely rent here again.

I really hope I returned the truck to the right unmarked lot and I hope throwing the key through a mail slot was the right call because there was no key drop.

Very friendly staff. Truck was waiting and clean. Process was really simple, I'd definitely use this location again

The staff is absolutely without a doubt, the best ever! They explained everything thorougly, walked me to vehicle and really went above and beyond. The location not so great. Homeless people camped out where i was suppose to return the vehicle and what appeared to be a drug deal. I felt so uncomfortable dropping off the vehicle after hours that I left and came back the next day when they were open.

Homeless people all around. 2 ran at me aggressively and another urinated about 10 feet from me.

Parking here was awkward, the lot is not directly attached with the storage location. No fault of Quality Storage or U-Haul the area is occupied by numerous homeless.

Excellent owner but location hard to get to and neighborhood is "rugged." I rate the owner above average to excellent, but problems with computer system in that location gave us both a lot of anxiety On the Plus side, the location was close to our pickup point, .
