This was a horrible experience. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and pulled up my reservation, only to find that the app and website gave me no self-checkout option. I called the 24-hour support line which kept me on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone they could not help. I called the owner of the location who lied telling me to sit tight, he'd come in to help me. He never showed up. I waited over an hour out in the cold unit customer service fixed the issue. My reservation was for 9am and I life with the truck after 10:15an.

Andre MThe truck itself was fine except for the fact that it barely had any gas in it. Pick up was ok. This was done before business hours so I used the U-Haul app to confirm my ID and get the keys. The unfortunate part about drop off was, I'm not very familiar with using the app and so I just put the keys I the key drop off box but realized the app had different instructions. Even though the business was open by this point, no one was actually there so I had to call U-Haul to be advised what to do next which was inconvenient. This is of course partially my fault but it didn't make for a very positive experience overall for no one to actually be there working during normal business hours.
Donna WReturn process is very unprofessional and unclear. System difficult to process return with location, and pictures. Had to download an app very frustrating. Parking uhual was very frustrating due to lack of space and rules!

Malachi LPlease have the Uhaul vehicles correctly listed that are available because I wads forced to drive further from the location I was moving from and then when trying to get the vehicle no one was there for close to 30 minutes which pushed my time for moving back I would not want that for someone with a more strict time space to have to deal with that.
