Been renting uhauls for a long time. By far the best place to get one in the Cincinnati area. Guy was very helpful and clear on instructions.

DAVID WTruck has several mechanical issues that need to be addressed for customer safety; lock box slotted to return keys had lock cut so key to truck was put in overnight box another customer prior to me took my truck by mistake - any damage they may have done would end up being blamed on me just not a good experience this go round over the decades I've utilized U-Haul

DOUGLAS CMike was super friendly and easy to work with. He was able to get us on our way quickly despite U-Haul computer issues. The return was seamless and the truck went all 850 miles without a problem.

Lisa WSomeone on-site to talk to would be helpful. I was not sure where to park the truck I was charged a cleaning fee when there was nothing to clean. I returned the truck in the same condition as I received it. I would like to be reimbursed the cleaning fee. I received the truck with only 3/4 tank of fuel, but returned it with a full tank. I should be reimbursed for some fuel, or I would take the reimbursement of the cleaning fee

William OService light kept flashing on the dash so wasn't sure if the operation of the vehicle was gonna break down on me. The dash noted that the passengers side back tire was low. The online checkin to retrieve my rental wasn't efficient. I would recommend this location but not recommend renting remotely. Much more convenient when you work face to face. Upon returning the truck it told me where the drop key box was but then asked for a picture of the odometer & tank - I had already locked the truck up & dropped the key so couldn't access the dash. I learned my lesson w this rental experience.

JAMES GI'm a return customer four times. I have also rented for my parents from this location I recommend them to everyone. The manager goes out of his way to accommodate the customer and that is made all the difference.

Mark SThey over charged me and before I could come back to pay they threaten to get me for theft how do you steal a truck you paid to rent I drove 60 miles at 69 cents a mile , they said I owe 120 I put the gas in over full cleaned there truck left a 100. 00 deposit kept it 4 days at 19. 95 they said I owe 220 somebody need to go back to school

Michael MI would not because I declined the insurance but the guy charged me for it anyway and he told me one fuel level when it was a different fuel level so he could charge me more money.
John MEverything was really wonderful and the owner was so kind. I've rented a lot of UHauls and this was the first time I wasn't worried about getting nickel and dimed on a return or extra random charges I wasn't expecting. Will be getting every rental I can from this location from now on!!

Jillian DOriginal location for pick up did not have the equipment so we had to go to the clough pike location. Was told the charges would be 85 plus tax and total charge was 125! Nothing against this location just the overall customer service by uhaul

robert dI broke down because the transmission fluid was leaking. The repair guy that you sent said I should have never been given this truck. Also I was never given any compensation considering I was left stranded at a gas station.
Jason PRental process was quick and easy. Only issue I had was the return instructions said to drop the key in the orange lock box, but it also had the black box number and combination from the pick up listed. I wasn't sure where I was supposed to leave the key so I put it in the orange lock box.
Karen RThe end result was that I was able to get the trailer and do what I needed to do. With that said, there was a lot of confusion as to the pick up time and location. The service at the pick up location was good, but the problem is that I got charged $24 for insurance that I was not aware of! I never would've purchased that insurance had I've been made known. I tried to call the pick up location for reimbursement twice. And left two messages. I don't know if that location is closed today? But they are not answering the phone. I have yet to see if I will get my $24 back.
