Make sure everyone working is trained to rent a Uhaul to customer! Do not send customer miles away to pick up a Uhaul! Have an employee deliver the Uhaul to the location the customer signed up to pick up from!BobbieM K.

The woman didn't want to check truck in till after I left. Then charged me 68 dollars for fuel. Then when 800 number contacted them, they said I was right. Don't use this location.Joseph G.

This location overcharged me for a truck a didn't put miles on & gas I barely used. The truck moved stuff from one place to another, which was on the same street. The lady doesn't answer the phone, very unprofessional.Jacqueline N.

No help at all. It is a convenience store and the man at the counter said he doesn't handle any of that. Had me call someone on the phone. Wanted me to take pictures and send to her to show I knew how to hook up the trailer. Hard to do by yourself on a dual axle trailer. Will not go back to this location.PAUL K.
The cabin of the truck was sticky. I had to step back from the counter several times for retail customers in the store. I was finally moved to the side with the processor to complete the rental process. I wasn't given any information about return process. I picked up the truck around 2:15pm and returned it at 3:38. I drove the vehicle 22 miles and put more gas in it upon return to the level that I received it. No one was available to receive the vehicle. I was told to take a picture of the guages and send to the owner and they would complete the process, or I would have to return the next day. I was charged $9 for fuel which I am contesting. I won't use this location again.Gloria C.

The truck wasn't ready at the reserved time. When I picked it up the cab was dirty and there were soda or coffee spills on the seat. 4 miles down the road after pickup the check engine light came on. I called the store back and no answer, even though I tried 7 times.Kristen M.
Pick up process was fine. When I tried to return the key the drop box was wide open with no lock. Went inside convenient store to give to the man behind counter. He was rude. Said he did not handle the U Haul stuff just his wife. Said to just leave key with him to"trust him", with no paper work or nothing. Another guy was returning his had the same ordeal. The man behind counter started talking about being Indian and that he didn't like America and Americans. I'm still not sure if i was charged right or not. I will never do business with this location and i will tell others in turn.Thomas G.

Claimed we didn't have reservation for 10am even tho we showed them on the website it says we do. Had to find another location with earliest available 26ft truck, which was 2:15, it was 30 mins late being turned in and no one even came out to inspect it or wipe down/sanitize the cab between previous renters dropping truck off and us getting it. Then when we tried to view our account online to extend our rental, it was saying we did not have any current rentals and the only past rental it showed was my son's rental of a car trailer back in June, even tho we rented a truck 7mths ago for 3 daysJoseph F.

Not only the truck smelled like an ashtray, the person lied on the amount of miles before handing me the key for the truck (I did the chat with us feature to report it, and was told the conversation was going to be emailed to me, which it was not).Irvando D.

Had to drive over 30 miles one way to get this truck. I would say it was sort of clean. I just took pictures so I wouldn't get charged for dirt on the inside of cab. It was really a convenience store that does UHaul on the side.Kimberly H.

There was trash in trailer. I left it there when I returned it. The lady just said for me to take a picture of my hook up and send it to her. I had no idea how to hook up a trailer. I drove to another uhaul site for them to hook up properly.Kerry S.

The truck that i rented, needs to be taken to a junk yard or sold for parts. It is extremely dangerous and puts people life at risk. It left me on the side of hte road stranded for over an hour waiting for roadside assistance, who also never showed up.Samantha H.
Make sure your equipment is functioning before you rent it out. Also having an employee to assist with installing all rental equipment wouldn't hurt.Monica S.

No one to help hitch up trailer or verify it was safely attached. When returning again no one to help unhitch and the hitch would not come off . Answer always was lets wait of another customer to come into the store and maybe we can get them to help you. How is Uhaul not resonsible for customer injury hitching up themself and also for safety of the hitch ?Milo R.

The person did not know how to complete the online form, took at least 20 minutes. The trailer was extremely heavy (at the tongue) & did not have anyone to help hitch the trailer to my truck, had to get a customer to help.david M.
All business was taken care of through the use of the business's speaker phone. I had already placed a reservation online but when I got here, I had to answer a number of questions including giving my credit card number and the expiration number out loud where anyone in the store could have heard it. I also didn't receive the 2 dozen furniture pads and went back in the store to ask about them. The woman I talked to over the â€œspeaker phoneâ€ AGAIN said they didn't have them on the reservation but said she would be sure to tell whoever not to charge me for them. When I got to the dropoff, the furniture pads were still on the bill. I know U-Haul can do better than this.Mark A.
