Location did not inspect first trailer after hooking up to vehicle. I did a walk around checking lights and found the lower door latch was missing. They did swap me to another trailer but same this did not ask me to check lights for anything after hooking up to vehicle. When on the road tailer had a bad vibration between 45 and 55 mph empty, when loaded trailer was fine. Door to trailer was very rough and needed to be lube to make it slide better.

DARRELL H.The uhaul was a mess, it was not cleaned out from the previous renter. I renters the vehicle and I was accused of tampering with the inside somehow although I had only had the truck for 4 hours and 20 miles. The truck was given to me when less than 1/4 of gas and was returned when 1/4 and I was charged $46 dollars in gas fees. I would like a a manger to reach out to me.
