I ordered 2 furniture dollies which were not provided. The owner of the gas station tried to charge me more than my original reservation, I think he made a new one. Also the 24/7 pick up did not work.

Joyce LExtremely fast and friendly service. My wife and I were in and out and on the road in about 10 minutes. AND it's open during normal business hours unlike any other location. I will only ever rent from here in the future.
Justin SUnit was clean but cab smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. I reserved online for mobile pick up. Nothing was enabled to actually do a mobile pick up at this location. I had to go through all reservation details again with the attendant and he didn't use any of the info I inputted as part of the online registration. I ordered moving blankets and he simply said he didn't have anything to give me so I couldn't have them. Online registration turned out to be a waste of time.

Brandy WThe location was in a gas station and when we arrived we had to wait for the issuing agent to come to the location. Communication was difficult because the entire team did not speak english very well. Then the issuing agent had, what I can assume was his son, do the checkout process. He appeared to be in his early teens. I was asked if i wanted a printout of the transaction and I said yes, but never got one. I asked for a large box and a dolly on line, but they were not on the truck. When I asked the agent he said that he could get a dolly, and did, but that they did not have any boxes. The truck was disgusting, obliviously had not been cleaned. Overall, the truck worked, but again when turned in, the person behind the desk spoke little English and had to call someone else to then let me know that all was good. I would never recommend this place to anyone else. Hope this helps.
Russel WWorst place ever to rent. They don't take care of the uhauls and they don't check them at all. Never coming here. Don't give you a full tank of gas but expect you to put in full tank of gas. They even told me to leave the truck running and pump it to the spot it was because I told them/showed the picture of where it was before I left. Gas station Manager/owner should know better not to do that. Never renting from this gas station uhaul

RICK MThe vehicles check engine light was on other than that it was clean besides a McDonald's bag left under the driver side seat! The guy was very nice and helped me out as much as he possibly could to make the rental easy and fast!
Jesse SThere was no ramp with the truck I rented. We had to lift everything into the truck. Couch. Chair, table, recliner, dresser, TV stand. These items are heavy!

Brad SVehicle came with 1/8th tank of gas. Why not have it full so the customer doesn't have to gas up AND that way each customer returns it full and doesn't pay for gas they didn't use
DANA BDon't like the fact that you now charge for mileage. If you could charge a little more and take away mileage charges it would be great!
Vue LMake sure that snow is removed and windshield wipers are working , computer systems as well this location wasn't helpful and I think I was over charged
Merlyn JProvide better accessible tools, possibly visual aids to help understand how to process paperwork for agent inside gas station. Or make sure the needed work space not behind thier counter where I had to enter info on thier computer, might be risk to agent and primary business
