your web web site is a rip off. you charged me for blankets and moving dollies that I did not order and were not availbable. you web site requires you to pick a extra services with a very small no services button at the very end. I get the upsell, but I will not be useing UHaul again.

Tracey DI reserved a cargo van and that was fine. Pick up and drop of were fine. I ordered moving blankets and a hand truck which were not on the truck when I arrived. I never received them and I needed them. Called U-Haul customer service and the best they could do was advise me to go to another location 10 miles away for the items. Way out of my my and time. Went to Lowe's and bought a hand truck for $80. Won't use this location again.

Jose RWhen booking online the process was a bit confusing. I definitely did NOT want the extra protection @ $21 but it was unclear on the form when ordering so I ended up being charged for it. Also the $19,95 car + mileage ended up costing me over $53. Not at all happy about that.
William HMaybe park the uhaul vans so you can see the key boxes from parking spot? Otherwise everything perfect

James G- The app didn't work for the pick up. - The van was filthy inside and out. - The dolly that was supposed to be in the van was not there. I had to request it at the counter even though I had reserved it as part of the original reservation. - They added an insurance charge on the bill that I had explicitly declined. It then took three phone calls and one email to get it corrected.
John CThe experience was wonderful -- I couldn't have more things to say about how helpful the store owner was + how simple it was to get everything organized and done. It was amazing. Unfortunately, my final bill was about 3x what my original quoted cost was, which means I would be unlikely to use a UHAUL again. I have to know if something's going to be triple the cost before I do it -- this kind of surprise is unsustainable.

Julie M24/7 ride share is a joke. The convenient store had nothing to do with the rentals. The internet return was not working and my personalized contact was unavailable on a holiday weekend. I called the 24/7 customer service and between getting disconnected and being put on hold I must have spent over an hour on the phone. What good is 24/7 service when they tell you they are not authorized to assist. You are lucky you are the only game in town for van rentals. People are forced to use you regardless of you terrible customer seevice.
Robert ZNothing to add, pick up was convenient for me and instructions very clear. The UHaul agent (Kile) was always readily available when I called or texted him and although this was a 100 % virtual experience, it was exceptionally smooth with no issues at all. Will most definitely use UHaul again for my moving needs. Big shout out to Kile!
