MICHEAL MEverything was great with the staff. They were friendly and most helpful. The only thing I would change would be that the 6 x 12 trailer I rented would be about a foot taller, I kept heading my head on the door frame.

DARIN BOn Sunday when I rented a 26" truck, it took an hour and a half to figure how to sign in online, then it said that the app wasn't working so I called customer service, I thought she could have done everything on her end, but she said I would have to do it online. Very Confusing!

ANITA BSaid there was 1/4 tank of fuel on the contract (which is ridiculous anyway) but there was barely 1/8 once I got on the flat road. I had to stop and get gas before I could even use the truck and as per the contract I had to bring it back with 1/4.

CHARLES WOnline check in was a little arduous. Also I had reserved a dolly but did not receive one which made the move much more physically demanding than it needed to be.
Lamar HGetting vehicles rented so quickly, with the great uhaul site & all its offerings & labor at a good/great price, I noticed that it is probably difficult to keep the vehicles as clean as you would probably like to. Otherwise, great experience as always! Merci.
Brian BDid not receive my dolly and furniture pads I rented. Truck was clean but the tires needed to be realigned on the uhaul the steering wheel shaked anytime you went over 40 miles per hour. This is not the location problem, more of uhaul the change of address process needs to be updated because I was unaware of the change of pick up address until I went to the original address I rented from, because it did not tell me the change of address on my account page, it told me I was at the wrong address when I was starting the online checkin.
Zack SI have used other locations in our area and have been unsatisfied. Quick Tire is so helpful! They made the move so much less stressful.
Andrea HWhen I dropped off the van I put 7/8 of a tank of gas in which I was pretty upset that I couldn't get closer to the 3/4 I started with. I later checked the receipt that was emailed to me. I called right away because they charged me an extra $20.00. I guy I talked to at this location told me he could not do anything for me. He gave me two numbers to call. The first call I talked to a lady and she told me she looked at the photo I took and couldn't make out what the gauge was on. She then sent me to another number. I talked to the guy and sounded as if he wasn't going to help me anyway and even told me there was no photo to look at until I told him that the other lady I talked to saw the photo I took. No one wanted to help me. I used U Haul many times and even just recently. If this matter is not fixed I will never use you guys again and neither will all of my family.
WILLIAM KCheck the oil in the truck before handing me the keys. I had to go buy 3 quarts of oil to put in the truck after I picked it up. Luckily it was a chevrolet and it didnt hurt it None was showing on the dipstick. The lock for the back door didn't lock. Other than these 2 minor issues thus was the easiest rental process I've ever had! Great people!

Alan AThe guy outside was kind of rude and not very friendly but the guy inside was friendly. Made me sleep out the back although the stuff that was in it was there when I picked up the truck. He also made a comment about the door being hard to open and close, which I told him it was.

Charles BOur air conditioner did not work very well and an hour into a nine hour drive it totally quit. Had to clean it before could even drive it. Was full of cigarette ashes and reared of cigarette smoke.
