When calling to reserve my spot the reception on the phone was so bad I couldn't understand what the person was saying, and the location doesn't have a sign that it's u-haul, it's just a corner store with U-Haul trucks parked in the lot and I had to go inside asking where it was. It was not advertised on the road so I just guessed where to walk into.

Richard HThe "fees" associated with the rental exceeded the rental rate. Of course that was not advertised, so basically false advertising, in my mind. The clerk told me the "insurance fee" is added to everyone regardless, so to advertise fairly, you should say $34.95, not $19.95. Disappointing.

Crystal HTruck was not available and I was told I would only be charged $19,95 + Mileage & Taxes for a van for the inconvenience and then was charged an additional $26,07 for cleaning of the van a now have to wait 3-5 business days to see if I can get approved for a credit. This is probably the last time I rent a pick up truck from U-Haul I will use Lowe's or Home Depot instead,

Jeanine MThis truck had a lot of body damage at pickup. Accomplished the job in spite of the shabby appearance. Doesn't advertise well for Uhaul. The location and manager were both great. Check in was easy and super fast. Much better than first checkin at another location. That one was horrible.
Suzanne RPlease make sure the trucks are actually well maintained and road tested before giving the truck to the next customer. The brake caliper on the front left tire had to be replaced and it took two days for the repair to be made because the repair company had to drive from West Virginia to come fix the truck. I also had to reschedule a flight because of this and moving is already bad enough.

Benjamin SThe owner gave away the vehicle I had reserved to someone else. I remember the hassle involved when I didn't use the mobile app last time, so I made sure to download it to avoid any complications this time. However, once I arrived and went through the check-in process, I realized that the van I was supposed to be issued was not there. Thankfully, there was another van of the same size that the owner could give me. But it took about 30 minutes to get through the process of refunding my previous reservation and setting up a new one. It set me back on the moving project I had scheduled that day.

Sai CHaving rated the pick up location high, I rate U-Haul low for switching my desired pickup location. I flew into airport and stayed at hotel across the street from U-Haul. But had to pay a taxi to take me 20 minutes to some gas station in a sketch part of town to get my truck. Not a happy camper.

I was actually shocked how quick and efficient it was here, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with everything I needed. Before it took me 30 minutes minimum to get the rental. Definitely will rent from this location again in the future and recommend it to my friends.
