I was told there would be no deposit originally and that I had an option to pay cash or credit but when I got there I had to put a deposit and could only pay with card! It was a lot more than expected due to the person I made the reservation gave me false information! But truck was clean and store clerk was very nice and helpful

How can you fix a rear mirror above the dash board?? It's a bit hard not to have a mirror to see a car behind you. I say tucks need to be upgraded.o

When I got there I pulled in out front so that someone can check off the truck, but when I went inside the lady told me I couldn't park there and told me to move it behind the building.

We had submitted my drivers license and when we got to the location the cashier said that it was not received, if not received how could we get the confirmation number. So we had to resubmit the information, and then be told that they needed a time to drop off when we specifically told them we would have it back by a certain time. This location was not very friendly or helpful.
ESPERANZA SOLAREZMy original truck size didn't have a ramp. Made reservation online, that wasn't clear. When arrived at location and realized I needed next size up to get a ramp, they were able to accommodate that. What I didn't like was adding damage protection without asking/ informing me. I had originally declined that option.

Sam GayeDolly was reserved, but no dolly was present. The operator at the pick up location said they had never been given any dollys. Absolutely made moving day horrible. I have always used uhaul. I will try someone else next time. I also had a $50 rental guarantee I will be calling for that tomorrow on the dolly.

J ANDRE SANABRIAI ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck I asked about it and they told me they are not charging me for it and I look at the bill the next day and I'm being charged for it…. I sent a email about it and still haven't heard back…
