No one mentioned mileage limit and I was charged almost 12 dollars for excessive miles. I think that's bullshit

JERLEEN KChanged our pickup location from Boise on Friday4/22 to Ontario on Thur 4/21. Very inconvenient and had to change our plans significantly. Not sure why we were charged for three days when had the trailer for 26 hrs.

Karla HThe rep at this location did not know how the tow button functioned. It would have been nice if she could have walked me through that. But overall - very professional and kind. Truck was ready on time and she even started it for me while I was finishing the paperwork so that it would be heated and ready to go.

John BI absolutely will tell people NOT to go to this U-Haul location for MULTIPLE reasons. 1- Guy was rude and had an attitude the entire time when picking up U-Haul. 2- I was charged an extra $5 cleaning fee when the truck was cleaner than when I picked it up. Only moved cardboard boxes and there was nothing left in the truck. 3- Got a rude phonecall that my personal vehicle was not in a spot they liked it, even though it was directly in front of their business and their parking spots weren't marked, so I had to drive back in the middle of moving so I could move my vehicle over "2 spots"
Alan WEmployee was rude and said he would charge $5 to sweep out 2 pieces of dust- the truck bed was cleaner than we got it. He said if you want a receipt you will have to wait in line with others checking out trucks. Horrible service . We will let people know how rude this location is.
Ronald BThe owner seems like some redneck hick with a gun on his side, and had to fill out a bunch of paper work that I thought was already completed online. Luckily I had a back up address in my wallet because my phone had died and it was possible to power it up there.

David WWe reserved for a pickup in Boise. We had to drive an hour to Ontario. Same problem when we reserved trucks earlier in the year. Equipment is never available at the reserved location

Jason CTook forever to release the truck to my son, which was agreed upon by local vender! It set my move day back by almost 2 hours!! No one was happy with that! The lady my son talked to to set up a new account, however, was very nice!
