Make sure that the customer knows everything that needs to be done before they show up to pick up a vehicle when you’re not at the location. Also, make sure that the truck doesn’t have more dents and damage to it. The gentleman that runs this location is amazing. He worked with me through his representative from U-Haul, and that person did not set him up for success.

Get your app working. Some how I ended up being , not Debbie Mahler. You have us check the outside of the truck all around but there is nothing that checks the inside. The control on the air conditioner fan was broken and if the air was on, it blew full blast. There was no way to turn it down.
Home HNothing. It was fast and easy just like it should be.
