I rented a uhaul for pick up from here and for one my pickup time was before they were open, thankfully I arrived a little late because I wasn't able to do the pickup without going through the person as I was told my rental was incomplete when I had my emails showing otherwise. The price I was provided at booking was not the price I was charged and my pickup location that I chose was changed without my consent and without my knowledge. I have emails showing the location I selected and was unaware this was changed. Very frustrating to go out of my way putting more mileage on the truck to go to another location I didn't choose and was never informed on.

When I took the trailer back the website said they opened at 8am, dropped off trailer at 8:54 am, nobody around and gate was locked. I called phone number, no answer and mailbox was full. micheal wilcockThe Uhaul was not ready to go at my pickup time. It hadn't even been checked in. It was filthy and the doors didn't shut all the way. The clerk was rude at times and the rental building was less than stellar. I've used Uhaul a few times to move things to and from storage but I can guarantee that I won't ever pickup from this same location again. Besides the location, I feel like it should be pretty common to make sure the rental truck doors shut completely.

Alan DeMaioAunque el servicio estuvo excelente tuve que pasar por varios inconvenientes. Cómo es debido hice la reservación en linea. Sin embargo lo tuve que recoger en otro lugar porque el donde se suponía estaba cerrado. Debería de corregir eso en sistema para que el cliente no pierda su tiempo.

JEDRICK MOJICAI dropped off where the app said to and this place charged me $21,5 extra. I had to call corporate to get the charge removed. Steer clear, won't consider doing business with this shop.
FRANCIS CANDILOROI was a little whiny and whipped up when I picked it all up and the kind business owner was patient and kind. He helped me beyond just renting me a truck.
Sean MansfieldGot a appliance dolly. Unavailable. No paper contract because no ink. Was handed a key. Utility dolly and furniture dolly and had to go see what truck was mine. Because i didnt even get a "this is your truck",nore help to carry items. And it was quite a walk from the so called office"

ross taylorI picked the Uhaul unit up using the online application. The location ot the pick-up point has very weak cell reception. I took me over 35 minutes to pick it up due to the fact that photographs take a long time to upload. Finally, the business ownder didn't arrive until after 8:30 AM because he had to take care of a flat tire and there were no other personnel on the premises to take over.

coty glennThe place was closed so we shouldn't have been sent there to drop off the truck. It's not the operator's fault - it's U-Haul's for sending us to a closed location and forcing us to rely on a non-functional app to return the truck. The U-Haul app is useless - it wouldn't let us complete our return and there's zero customer service access from the app. After nearly an hour in the hot sun and dozens of mosquito bites, my phone battery died and the truck still wasn't settled. When I finally got to speak with a HUMAN BEING on the phone, everything got solved. We will choose Penske next time despite the extra cost. It's 100 % worth it to never go through all that again.
Walter SmithI was supposed to pick up in Naples and there wasn't a truck available. John from U-Haul one way moves in Sarasota, FL (I think) was very helpful and really provided great customer service under the circumstances and while it delayed my trip several hours, he made it palatable.
