The trailer smelled of urine. I filed a request for a refund on April 1. I have yet to hear back from U-Haul.

The fellow working there is always friendly any time been there. Helpful and fast service. Always get my rentals from this location and would recommend.

BARBARA SThe reason for the poor rating is because of the misinformation when renting a uhual truck. Why charge for a "day" if you don't get to keep it for 24 hours from the time you checked out. This is where everything went down south. I've rented a uhual in the past and have had it for 24 hours when they charge me for a "day". I checked the truck out around 1ish pm and while I was hoping to be done and drop it off before the 24 hour mark, unfortunately I had some delay when moving my stuff and on top of that got even more delayed when I discovered I had a flat and needing roadside to come out and replace the tires. The owner then calls me asking me where I was and I told him that I was sorry that I didn't come in earlier but that I would just keep it up until 12 (1 hour before my time expired). He then said that he would need to charge me another day because I was supposed to drop it off by 9:30am. I then asked him to explain that to me because if he is charging me for a "day" that's 24 hours and needing to have it there by 9:30am is NOT 24 hours. I could see if I would've said for 4 or 6 hours but we had agreed to pay for the "day". This unfortunately made my expense way much more expensive. In this case it would've been way way cheaper to rent the uhual from Home Depot, because they do honor their 1,4,6 hour or daily rental with times. I think there needs to be a direct time for these things, meaning if you are going to charge me for the "day" I expect that to be 24 hours from checkout, otherwise sell the other rental time by the 1,4,6 hour/s. Very disappointed with my experience.

The owner was FANTASTIC and his dog was the sweetest thing ever! It was a pleasure to rent from him. He was really chill and made the process easy.

Confirmed directly with Uhaul Corp, thought good to go. Owner did call me, I confirmed trucks but failed to mention 12 blankets, which I had confirmed with Corporate and was on the order. Went to pick up trucks, no blankets which I HAD CONFIRMED WITH CORPORATE. When I said that, he totally lost his mind, said it my fault, and turned into an absolute A-hole. Ya'll need to figure out communication with your owners and this guy needs some customer service skills. What a horrible experience.

Sandy Smake sure the truck is clean and don't false advertise discounts you won't honor. It said we would get a 25$ discount if we returned the truck swept and clean and it wasn't honored. And I picked up my truck an hour late due to the owner filling up propane and was still charged for my first hour as if i still pulled off at 10.
Khalia SDon't beat customers out of their money i put gas in Truck going to go pick up my things and I put gas in the truck when I drop it back off and they still charge me a extra 22 I paid them 174 for a 26.in it was supposed to be back the next day at 9:45 a.m. but I take it back the same day before 9:45 p.m. wish me I take it back early U-Haul is a ripple I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
