My location reservation was changed last minute and not properly communicated. I received a call at 7:30 from the Fort Worth corporate office advising that my original rental of 10 ft was unavailable but that I would be upgraded to a 15 ft truck free of charge for the inconvenience. This did not happen. I arrived at the location specified on my email confirmation and that is when I was advised of the location change. This lack of communication cost me extra mileage and significantly inconvenienced my moving plans.

There is a large dog inside the store. It frightens you. I asked the worker to put the dog away, he said no the dog is trained to go away when someone enters. I didn't wait find out. The worker did come to the car to get me checked in.

Dog wanted to sit in my lap at this location, the rooster was very loud while I was trying to call U-Haul to locate the 6 dozen pads. originally ordered. It cost me 3 hours in delay and for the loading crew. This was not my booked location.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I was charged twice for the wrong amounts over $100 more and when I contact Uhaul they say they don't even see the incorrect charges NEVER using this service again

Our reservation was not met the day we needed it. The clerk never mentioned the Uhaul guarantee of $50 nor did he offer an alternative truck. Instead, we were forced to wait another day and the truck was near empty, which was very inconvenient.

Windshield was cracked, check engine light was on, truck had over 124 000 miles and ran really loud. I only needed to run a few things to a storage unit so I didn't complain but they should've prepped a little better. Employee was kind of nonchalant when I arrived but he ended up being friendly when I came back. Customer service is so important

Customer service guy was not very friendly..Almost Pushy. did not seem like he wanted to help at all.. It was hot outside so he had me disconnect the trailer. I will be renting another one next week from a location closer to my house. They are much more friendly there.
