Jim went above and beyond to get me into the truck, even though it was after hours on a Saturday. Am truly grateful for his kindness in assisting me during a rather stressful time. Thank you, Jim.

Darin HI originally didn’t book at this location it was somewhere else and I went to location that I booked but they didn’t have the truck I just wasted money to book an uber and get to that location and booked another one to get back home then go to this location after an hour booking another uber which cost me a lot.It would have been better if they had just notified me before saying they would not be able to provide me a truck which would have saved my money and time.
ISHAN BThe gentleman at this location ensured I knew how to load my car on the dolly and pointed out things I needed to pay attention to while operating the truck and dolly combination. He was very helpful. The best U-Haul location I've dealt with in the area!

NATHAN WI got SCREWED at the Malone Garage where I was SUPPOSED to pick up my truck. When I got there I found they forgot to leave me a key , so I had to turn around and drive across town & go to Racemaster where I was greeted with a gruff "i had to leave my breakfast table to come here". He was not happy and he let me know it. The vehicle smells like Cat urine and has an exhaust leak at the muffler connection.

LYNN LThe owner of this location was very friendly and helpful, he extended the return time to the next morning when I encountered problems with my storage unit. It made a very stressful situation better knowing that I had that extra time. I would definitely rent from him again.

ANDREW JThere was nothing bad about this location. Only U-haul's perception of time. A day rate (which consists of 24 hours) on the website doesn't exist on their contracts. 6 hours is ONE DAY. So if you rent for 8 hours, you're charges for TWO DAYS.

Robert SNot screw me on †he gas. i put way more gas in the truck than was in it when I received it.

NICHOLAS PI had requested a 20 foot truck, but they did not have one, so I had to have a 26 foot one instead. They did their best to accommodate me in the situation.

Tanner LHoliday weekend and when I called to verify he had the vehicle I needed available I found out that he was trying to leave early. He agreed to stay open until I got there. I would have been up the creek without his help.
