He was rude during the paperwork phase, he did not offer to hook the trailer up (just gave us the keys) and if we were not in a bind or had we known the other U-Haul spot on Fortuna down the street was there and had what we needed, we would have walked out. Equipment was fine, service was terrible.

Patti SThe tow dolly had a light issue, however when I asked the rep to do a light check he said they all worked. The vehicle was disgusting and I personally cleaned all the WI dogs before I left so I could actually see out of them.

Bob SThe site location was a terrible experience. When I turned in this equipment, the general manager of the site location told me he checked in the equipment. He did not check the equipment in the U-Haul system until three days later. The system showed my account as a late turn in as a result. If I wasn't so diligent about checking my account and call the U-Haul traffic office for the Northern AZ sector, I would have likely incurred late fees as a result of the general manager's inability to check in this equipment, which was turned in on time.

rodney pThe individual that I rented the truck from was unprofessional and rude. During the checkout process the transaction was being denied due to a fraud alert. He was annoyed that it was taking so long to complete the verification process. He stated that he "didn't have time to waste 30 minutes renting a U-Haul to a customer." It was more like 10 minutes. I explained to him that I was a paying customer, for which he responded that he doesn't even make any money renting U-Haul equipment. The dolly equipped was in poor shape and he stated that his inventory was "always wrong in the system." I would never recommend this place for a U-Haul rental and even considered filing a formal complaint with U-Haul. This location is bad for your business, because they are unprofessional, rude and don't see their part in the U-Haul equipment process as lucrative enough for their business, which is apparently used cars.

Brad PHelp the customer hook and unhook the trailer. Explain that the contract is the same price for a few hours as it is for a day, so write the contract for a day.
Paul BI have rented trailers from UHaul for several decades at dozens of locations in several states. I have NEVER experienced a location that did not hook up my trailer for me. According to the site representative, that customer service is not an option at this site. I guess I'll be renting else where.. Some place that caa aaa res about me and my vehicle safety!
Alan KWindshield all dirty freeway grime and mosquitoes They din't hook up the transporter I did it myself also the equipment was not available and was force to rent a even bigger truck which I didn't need it and on top of that made a unit reservation and got charged for $123. Dllrs even do they said free month ""over promised and underdeliver"""even do they have plenty units available
MIGUEL OLocation charged me 100 over what I was quoted online. No inspection of trailer. One tire was extremely bald and looked very dangerous. Trailer was very old and in overall poor condition. Felt unsafe to trailer cross country.

Chayan GI would never deal with this location again. The manager was polite and friendly at first when offering to book the Trailer. However when we came to pick up the trailer he had no time whatsoever to offer us assistance.
Laurie MThis site schedules pick up and drop off times that fall outside business hours, but locks the property gate and office preventing business from being conducted. I've rented Uhaul equipment from at least four other sites and have never had this issue. The only remedy for customers who value their time and money is to avoid this location and do business elsewhere.
Edward GLocation didn't have 2 wheel dolly, rear door left open, so box was dirty. Didn't read gas guage correctly, provided no help to find a dolly or fix incorrect information.
Eric GThe equipment was dirty and there were very limited accessories. The lone person there was great and very pleasant. The trailer, while dirty, had great tires, the perfect door configuration, and was in good shape. I went to the original U-Haul location on Foothills Blvd. and they were unpleasant and not helpful. I was concerned that my motorcycle wouldn't fit and wanted to measure the door opening. They told me that they didn't have any 6x12 trailers and my reservation would likely go to the Fortuna location. I went to that location and they had 3-4 trailers, but two had bias ply tires and roll-up doors that would not clear my motorcycle's windscreen. I asked the attendant if he knew which trailer I would get and he said it is totally random. I said I was going 1400 miles through the Idaho mountains and would encounter snow and needed a trailer with good tires and the barn door configuration. He said it was the luck of the draw and I had no choice. The reservation came through the day before my rental and gave a third location. I went there and there was only one 6x12 trailer available. It was dirty, but had great tires and the barn door configuration. Perfect! No issues the entire 1400 mile trip and I washed the trailer before returning so the next customer didn't have to get a dirty trailer like me.

Earl GWhen I dropped off the trailer the person in the office was helping someone else and told me to just drop the trailer around back. I could not find an empty space, so I just unhooked (without any help) in front of other trailers.
GLENN L1) pick up location did not open on time; moving help, truck weigh ins, and home inspections are often within a tight window. 2) not all moving accessories ordered were in stock at the pick up location. I had to go to another location to pick up the moving pads I had ordered online.
