The people were so friendly and helpful. The equipment was clean and ready to go. Absolutely no problems at all.

Very easy and fast drop off. She thanked me for getting it so clean , which it was when I received it. All I had to do was sweep it out .

Barbara BThe lady was nice. She opened up a little late but that is no big deal, I was not in a rush. It took her a minute to start her computer. She claimed she could not find my reservation. I received confirmation emails on my rental for a truck and auto transport a few days before. I called her two days before I was to pick up to confirm my rentals were there. She said everything was good to go. She did not have my auto transport. I had to make a whole new contract to rent a truck. She sent me across town to get an auto transport. The place where I picked up my auto transport found my previous reservation and I had to cancel it to get the new rental. I had to get a friend of mine to help me pay, since I didn't have my wife's credit card on me. I do not recommend this place for rental. Like I said the lady was nice, she just seemed like she didn't know what she was doing.

She was a life saver because I had driven from Birmingham to Gadsden and the other place woulallow me to get a tow dolly but Donna made it happened. Thank you soooo much.

HAL MThis drop off location was a life saver.. after many calls around town to find a storage place. We were able to find one here, and as well drop off the Uhaul truck and trailer all at one time.
Antonio FEven though my experience was mostly positive, the attendant was a bit too personal in her responses. She shared details regarding her life...a bit more than I cared to know about. The truck was clean except the driver's side floor board. There was mud, which she said she meant to clean up. Otherwise the rented vehicle was clean both front and back.
