Anita was helpful and professional during the process, making one chore of long-distance moving less stressful. The property is well lighted and my unit was clean. I definitely would use R&R for any future U-Haul (I used them as return location for my rental truck) or storage needs.

It's just be nice to be able to use a small heater or light to be able to see to organize or load and unload. Without having to use your vehicle. Or to be able to dry items that gave gotten wet in the rain or something similar.

We've had to store at another facility before where we actually got broken into and there were no cameras as portrayed and the gate code was not customized. Sadly, we never did get our belongings back. This facility is much, much different and everything went well and stayed secure. Thank you for doing your due diligence to keep your place nice!

Carleen DNo contact pick up was confusing for my first time. Didn't get the link correctly. No one answered the phone at pick up point. Had to have time reset and link resent. Took almost 1hour for pickup process complete. Tons of spiders inside cab!!!! They kept falling on me as I was driving!!! Terrible!!!

Spencer S | Expérience généraleThough the owners prorated the unit rental on the front end, they refused to do the same when I moved out. Thus, even though I had the storage unit emptied by December 3, they said it "was not their policy" to prorate the last month, so I had to pay a full month's rent even though it was empty. This is a classic case of putting profit over people or fairness. I would not recommend a business with this attitude to anyone.
