Have the vehicle be picked up at the location the uhaul was requested at.

No one was there to receive uhaul. Called office number, man said to leave it anywhere in property. My husband waited for man to arrive, he was close by. He arrives and said he'd check it in later, that was 7/23. On 7/24 it hadn't been processed in so I drove to the location and checked it in online, no one was there again.
