Douglas GarrisonThe 26 foot trk I rented ran well. It had 2 problems that should be looked at #1- one of the tires were very unbalance or out of round, it had a vibration from 55mph to 70mpj. #2- The check engine light came on after driving the trk about 15 miles and it stayed on the entire time I used it.. note; the oil pressure and water temperature seemed to be fine.

Michael RushThe previous renter was late bringing the truck back. The manager called them to remind them that they were behind then called other locations to source another truck. Having no luck when the truck finally arrived they put a rush turning it around and getting me on my way. This is by no means a negative comment on the store, I feel they went the extra mile in a bad situation and have my thanks.

Jesse NallyIt's started off good…the place however looks like a dump, the person running it was nice, but seemed a little shady. He advised us that everything looked great and we were good to go. We left and the next day he charged my DBC card with a 25 dollar cleaning fee. He was rude when I called and advised that he took pictures. My husband and I cleaned that UHAUL to a T. I called UHAUL and Yasmine was very helpful. She advised that there was one picture and she could see absolutely nothing wrong with the UHAUL. Webb City, Missouri UHAUL owner was shady and never said anything about a dirty UHAUL and then tried to charge me with an UNAUTHORIZED payment of 25.00. UNACCEPTABLE!! DO BETTER WEBB CITY, MISSOURI UHAUL ON JEFFERSON STREET!

STEPHEN YEAGERDispatch office changed reservation unannounced due to failure to have proper equipment on hand. Reserved a 15' truck for Oct 22 to Oct 29th, Dispatch office placed return for Oct 27th. Company expects *me* to pay for two days because dispatch office screw up. *NOT HAPPENING, EVER* I do not pay for other peoples screw ups. Eat the $120 and move on. WILL NEVER, EVER, USE U-HAUL AGAIN, NOR WILL EVER RECCOMEND COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.

Janice SevernsThis was not the best experience I've had with u-haul. I needed a 10' truck with a car carrier, but none were available anywhere near me. I saw that both trucks and carriers were available at different locations, so I called Uhaul and spoke with the traffic director who was very helpful. He got me the package rate (the car carrier add-on was only $59 in Missouri). I was able to puckup the truck and the trailer at the same location. when I picked them up, they did not want to charge me the discounted rate. After a couple of phone calls, they charged what I was quoted. when I booked the truck and trailer, I accepted the offer for one free month of storage, however, the storage facility was about 40 miles from the truck dropoff--so I got them to change the dropoff to Baldwin, MO. I was given the dropoff address. I got delayed and called uhaul to ask for a few extra hours, which they said would be no problem. As I was driving, I got a call from another uhaul location telling me I needed to drop it off there by 6pm instead because they needed it for a reservation. I asked her to text or email the reservation to me--but she mever did. when it came time to drop it off, I called uhaul and got the correct location. when I got there the guy told me the had several car carriers and didn't need it for a reservation.
