Binod MBetter customer service, locate location could have been better. At least in the same city I was in, I passed several U-Haul locations on the way to the one I was using, I would not do it again.
Kirk BU-Haul agent was friendly and professional. I needed a truck at a U-Haul facility closer to Omak, but there was no truck in the size I needed at the facility I wanted. The only thing that would have made this rental perfect, was having the truck I wanted in Omak, instead of me having to drive several miles further than I needed to, to Okanogan.
Lori EDrop off, called to set location for return of truck, requested one location that was closer and was sent an email indicating that location. Went to that location to be told I wasn't at the right location and had to drive to another one farther away, even though email said to return to the one I was at. Field locations need some training in customer service! On a positive note, after several phone calls to resolve over charge, I reach a gentleman that took care of my issue, he called and left message for area manager, area manager called with in an hour , took care of me, issue refund with no hassle, great job on their part!!!

Brian BI dropped off the trailer I rented from another location and informed them that there was a nail in the tire when I picked it up, i'm not sure if he was concerned enough to fix it as the place I picked it up from told me it was ok like that.
rick bMy location pickup was changed because the original pick-up location didn't have my trailer ready in the size I reserved. Then the new location proprietor asked me to pick up a day early because he said "I don't work Saturdays". This was a MAJOR inconvenience because I work all day. Then that same proprietor made the pick up a day early at 9:15 in the morning. I had to call the main U-haul line to get return extended . Horrible experience . As the customer I had to do a lot of leg work and rearranging of MY schedule to accommodate U-Haul!
