ROBERT BThe people are great, but this is not a dedicated U-Haul location. No additional supplies that I could see and the windshield & mirrors were so dirty, it wasn't not safe to drive away, but I did.
ROBERT BSteering wheel off alignment, wipers didn't clear windshield well, suspension suspect, under powered with mpg not great, driver window went off track, could've been cleaner without bugs , mirrors weren't adjustable, no problems and we made it to the destination.

AAron LThe location was good, one main issue was with the app, when I’m picking up or dropping off the vehicle through the app, and something doesn’t want to load, if you press the back button it takes you out of the menu completely and you can’t get back to it
Dustin RMy appointment was at 10 am for pickup. I did not receive a code for the key box. There was not an associate available to help me get my truck. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service. I drove home then came back almost an hour later when they finally got it sorted out. Our project got set back over two hours because U-Haul did not fulfill their promises.

Charity FIt may not have been there fault because I had trouble with the rental reservation (double booked) and the online equipment return. I got charged a late return fee even though it was on time. Luckily chad was able to help me (several times).

Laura BThe clerk applied the insurance without my asking. When I told her I didn't want the insurance she said it was mandatory. So why is it optional online and not at the store?

Ronnie Sinterior was not cleaned out before i took the vehicle. this was the only one available and i was in a hurry so i had to take it. the truck its self was fine and the existing damage had been documented so no issues there.
