The online pickup and drop off service was full of bugs and lack of information. It was horrible the woman who called people to verify my identity was rude. The app crashed multiple times when trying tie return the truck and was extremely difficult

JUAN GThe location s as far as the building itself goes was great but the location that the trailer was located at was a glare sheet of ice and the trailer was located on the bottom of a hill that was all ice. I have AWD and started up this hill and slide down back down the hill that was covered in ice and had no ability to steer the equinox. Ended up Jack knifing the trailer and my vehicle because my brakes were ineffective on the ice and I couldn't go forward with being on ice. No damage was done to the trailer or my equinox it was just a scary situation for my self and my pregnant fiancé
JOHNNIE OThe customer service was excellent however there were some issues with the initial pick-up; ice had frozen over the lockbox and the truck itself and the equipment had to be brought out into the vehicle, which delayed our trip approximately an hour. The employee at Ray's was a tremendous help, however, and she really did a great job getting us set up despite the hiccups.

Brenda PVery rude and they make you feel like your wasting there time. It took the 5 plus hours to check in my u haul and get me closed out. I called the owner and even he was like i have to waste my time moving this uhaul around and i have another bussiness i dont care about the uhaul it will get done when ever it not due until tomorrow. I return the uhaul at 3/4 of a tank and there reporting it at 5/8 will not us them ever again

AMY WService was great from local store. A mixup was when my wife selected 4 hr instead of day rental so we were double charged for rental and insurance. No fault of local site, more with the defaulting of the online app to 4 hr.
Michele TWe have used Uhaul every time we have moved which is a lot being a military family and after this we will never use them again if possible. Not only was our location changed but our pick up time was changed by an hour?! We were on such a tight schedule and then when we went to get the truck we couldn't even get in it. Customer service was so rude and told me there was nothing she could do and that we would have to stand there and keep trying to unlock the truck with the app till it worked. Finally she transferred me to the district manager and he also was not helpful. Then our truck wasn't even stocked with the 2 dozen furniture pads we ordered. So my husband had to drive to another location to pick those up. Spent almost 200 dollars and they wouldn't even compensate us for all of this trouble. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Is was late picking my UHAUL up because the check in service at their website was not functioning correctly and had no information on where to get the key or what the lock box code was, plus they were closed that day so nobody there to help. I was given 6 hours. Picked up at 8:30 and brought back at 2:30-2:45. I tried to check out with the online website to finalize my order, which still didn't work, so I was forced to call them the next day and tell them when it was returned. They ended up overcharging me for a late fee AND had extra costs which were charged to me without telling me about them prior to ordering the truck. I was told about JUST mileage cost, and the rental cost which is $25. Got charged over 100 dollars extra just because their system wasn't working even when I explained to them what happened. 0/10 worst experience I will never use UHAUL again.
