Drop off location was 40 minutes out of my way in the middle of nowhere. Rating is more about U-Haul not letting me change that than about the location itself.

The location looked a little sketchy to drop off the vehicle with no one present so we had to wait until the morning to be able to see someone, my husband had to miss work for that reason.

We selected a certain location for our pickup and were redirected through uhauls site to 4 different locations before we found the truck we needed. Uhaul needs to figure out a better system for having ordered equipment at the preferred location.

This was ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience we have EVER had using U-Haul. This pick-up location should be shut down. The people there had NO IDEA how to rent the truck and had to call the 800 number to get the customer service rep to help us. They did not provide us with ANY paperwork nor did they inspect the vehicle with us. We took pictures to protect ourselves. Once we loaded the truck a warning alarm started going off. We stopped at the local U-Haul location (the one that we normally use) and they also weren't much help. They only referred us to the customer service number. In addition, our oldest son who is 24 overheard the desk clerk making rude remarks about our presence in the store and in the parking lot. It took us approximately 3 hours to resolve the problem ourselves. We were VERY disappointed at the overall experience.

1st off the location of pick up was incorrect. I ended up calling the location and it was a difference of about 3 miles, 2nd the gentleman there was very nice but could not access the uhaul information. I ended up showing him my receipt and check form and he allowed me to pick up the trailer.

This is not a Uhaul Facility. It is a Boat and ATV repair shop. I had to pay $35 to clean my car from the RED CLAY. There is not one square inch of paved parking in this facility.
