I feel that you say 19.95 a day ,than you end up bringing the truck back early and you get charge 170.00 and you get charge for early drop off fee.i never had this problem before..i really felt I got over charge.

Please have all guaranteed equipment available. Pads and appliance dolly were not available despite being reserved and guaranteed. Service was friendly but distracted - one representative who was also running a full service gas station at the same time.

It was a very dissapointed experience. For starters, having had made a reservation in advance for truck, moving supplies, including FURNITURE PADS, I received ZERO notice letting me know this location did not carry those. Coming to location, on my moving day, was the last thing I was hoping to encounter. Therefore it delayed all my planned itinerary for the move. This delayed lead to time wasting looking into other locations where to get the pads. This delay also caused me more expenses, because i had hired moving helper, during certain time, but had to pay him for extra time. I should be compensated by U-haul company for all extra expenses caused by their disorganized system!

Make sure that the truck is ready to rent. Our passenger side mirror was loose, and missing the screw that kept it in place. Consequently we drove throughout the day without a functioning passenger side mirror

I rented this truck because I needed to move . I was in the truck while the designated driver was operating the vehicle and we realized that the truck didnt have any wiper fluid the windshield got really dirty and we needed to pour water to clean out the glass.

Van was smelling like raw meet. Because weather was hot, it made it worse. Also there was blood on the floor. Someone obviously moved meat before me. Now all my furnitures smell like a meat and also I had to drive two hours with meat smell and open windows which made me sick next day. In conclusion, It was such a disappointing experience.

Service was excellent. Pickup was easy, and my vehicle was practically brand new. The dolly and furniture pads I ordered were not already in my vehicle, and I forgot to request them. Customer service quickly deducted the cost of unused supplies from my bill. Great experience overall, would highly recommend this location.

It was my first time experience to rent and drive a U-Haul truck. I met an agent named Ali; very pleasant to talk with and professional. He would explained to you everything in details 123. Great service!

The attendant was sitting at the entrance looking like a customer and didn’t greet when we entered the store. We were standing there waiting for two minutes before he said anything. They also said that we drove 75 miles when it was only 21 miles. Three business days to resolve this complaint. I can’t believe it. Uhaul got me again.

The attendant was not forthright with my charges but overall it was ok. I have come to expect a certain quality of service with you haul and never before have I ever disputed a charge but this time I did because I purchase the gas there at the location deliberately not having to drive after I put in the fuel and he charges me fuel no that is unfair. I think if this was a male doing the transaction he would not have done that .Unfortunate for him I have 6 brother and a dad who taught his daughter everything the need to survive in this male dominated world.So attention to detail is one of my greatest gift.So maybe you can tell this affiliate Uhaul service outlet in a nice way they need to treat all customers with the same level of courtesy. You can't let them tarnish your good reputation .If I was not a longstanding member and know your prior service this would have been handle totally differently. Thank you

The only problem that I had is with the rear view windows. You could not move the mirror to adjust your view to see on the left side or behind. This made it very challenging and dangerous to drive. My boyfriend had to take a screwdriver to adjust the drivers side mirror. That should never be. I did tell the man at the station before I left with the U-Haul because that’s not safe. He didn’t do anything and at that point I needed the u-haul, other wise I would have not accepted it. Thank you for the opportunity to share this.

The person in charge of the uhaul wasn’t very helpful and did not teach us how to open/close the latch. Unfortunately I had to return the truck because I needed it for a longer time period but I couldn’t reserve it for any later. When I called to find another truck in the area the uhaul representative reserved a truck for me that was in Hamilton NY when I’m in Queens NY 171 mikes away when she told me it was 7 miles away from my original reservation. How is this customer service? I understand I made a mistake by not reserving the truck for the entire day but when I asked for help she reassured me that she could give me another reservation but instead booked me for a reservation 171 miles away.... long story short I never got to move things from my apartment

van was given with low pressure on tires alarm. van was not ready ontime. van was given witg fuel only half way but in the computer it showed more and later I was charged for no reason on fuel. no paperwork was given on pickup nor on drop off, orbexplanation of fees. i asked to waive insurance but was still charged for it. worst service ever!!!!

The reservation that you make on the website is never correct when you go to the location. This time I reserved a 9' basic van and had to make due with a 10' van. If they don't have the equipment on hand, the website shouldn't rent it to me. Similarly, if there is a shortage somewhere in the system, the rental location normally has days to resolve any problems so as to have the proper equipment on hand. I don't really see this as a 100% failure of the rental location, they're playing with the hand they've been dealt. The fault really is in U-Haul's faulty system and lack of standards when it comes to ensuring that what you reserve is what you get.

I arrived at the pickup location only to learn that the vehicle that I reserved was not available. The attendant was extremely unhelpful. The vehicle that I was waiting for was supposed to be returned at 1pm. My reservation was for 5:15pm. He just kept looking at me with a blank expression. He said he calling the person who had rented the truck. He did not offer to call U-haul customer service for me. I had to. There was a vehicle there that he knew was cancelled although not documented. He did nothing to correct that situation. He did not get back on the phone with U-haul. I had to do everything. I was at the station for over an hour. I had movers waiting to assist me. All of this inconvenience caused additional costs for me! My move had to be completed late into the evening, in the dark. His lack of care and concern was extremely frustrating. The U-Haul customer service representative was doing her best to help, At the end of the day, it was evident there is no procedure or policy in place to ensure the timely return of vehicles when they have been reserved for another customer. I would hope that U-haul does something to defer the cost of this rental as my time and pocket were effected. Thank you.
