Representative was not there when I needed to return the vehicle, the place was actually closed yet online it says they're open, also their phone was ringing engaged /disconnection. The number listed does not even work

Victor SWhen I showed up they werent ready, or even aware of my rental. I waited for at least 20 min before the attendant called someone and then handed me the phone to give him all the information that I already inputted in the online reservation, to include credit card info. In all I got it an hour later than what my reservation was for. This place is an auto shop that had a couple auto trailers, and only one storage trailer. Didnt seem like they knew what was going on. Then the guy takes a picture of my license plate and truck as I, leaving - which has never happened with other Uhaul facilities. Returning it was easy enough.

Michael LShop is a mess, but staff is friendly and helpful, which made me overlook the clutter. I received a message saying trailer wasn't returned. I returned it exactly at the time required, and thoroughly cleaned it. Overall happy with the whole trip.

Michael TOne of my major complaints was that I needed an I-phone to complete my transaction of returning the truck with no one there. I have a flip phone. I was basically stranded with no hope of returning the truck on time. I am 63 years old and standing out in the sun trying to figure these hoops that I was expected to jump through just to return a truck. The kindness of the convenience store down the block to help me get water and call me a cab because I had no other vehicle was the only saving grace of my ordeal. Not every one is so tech-savvy as your company suggests. Give me a hint at the beginning that I will need an I-phone to complete my transaction.
larry mThe location is very small, and even though it is in my old neighborhood, it is quite a drive from where I currently live. The friendly staff made up for the inconvenient location.
PATRICK MI picked up the car transport at Reliable. I had to take it back to them because it had two bald tires on it. The owner informed me that he would not fix the tires. He informed me I had to drive across town the the Main Uhaul place on Dyer street and have them fix the trailer issues. This added two additional hours onto my day. I called corporate number and got the run around about the issues with the trailer. The person I spoke with said they would have someone contact me. That was on June 20, 2018. No one has contacted me since then.

jaime rWindshield cracked at pick up location and was it marked/noted prior to my arrival. I had to point it out. I didn't mind the cracks but some more finicky drivers may have disapproved.
larry dBeto, the owner of Reliable Auto Repair was extremely helpful and got me checked out and in the next day very quickly with no problems. Recommended Uhaul site and auto repair center.
Jonathan AI had to go pretty far out of my area to rent the U-Haul because that was the only location that had what I needed that's fine but they also charge me for all the extra miles and I don't think that was right because there was a location that was less than a mile away from me but they didn't have the equipment I don't think I should have to pay extra to go and get the equipment from another location that should be on U-Haul you should be more customer-friendly

ronnie rPersonnel did not check the lights of the trailer. I was lucky to find them since they were leaving already. They supposedly close at 6pm, but they were leaving at 5:30 because they had a slow day. I had a reservation for the trailer already, I don't think they even check their U-Haul orders.
Jose MI reserved a 10 ft truck at the Montana location by the airport for pick up at 12 p.m. The only 10 ft truck they had available did not have keys. So I had to go to the Pershing location to pick up a 10 ft truck. Because of this I had a half hour less time in my 4 hour usage contract, and I had to drive more miles. I would like discount for the inconvenience.
Christian MThe person who owns this small repair shop and also rents u-haul equipment was very nice and accommodating. I have used the larger place on Mesa, but found this location by accident. It is much closer to my house which is very convenient, but the fact that they were so friendly and really understand that customer service goes a long way, won all of my future U-haul business, not to mention, I would patronize them for any of my vehicle needs as well. They are truly an asset to the U-Haul corporation and perhaps should be used as a model for other franchises!

Fred AWe rented a small trailer. Had to go purchase the right adapter for the lights - by the time we got back they had the trailer ready for us - helped us hook up the lights and chains and we were on our way. Very helpful and friendly.
