The vehicle had warning lights on. The lady assured me that I was safe but I would think that the mechanic should have fixed any issues prior to my rental. This whole process was a nightmare. I called Greens office supply to schedule this rental and was told that I would be texted a code to get the key. At no time was I informed that the truck was at a different location. I finally got through to customer service, who was very helpful, and explained what I needed to do and where the truck was. I get to the location and of course the online application doesn't work. It's telling me I have no reservations. The lady inside found my order but couldn't get the key out of the box for 15 minutes. Then at drop off, same thing, couldn't check the vehicle back in because it said I had no reservations.

Not happy that I had to drive more than 40miles from my preferred pickup location to pick up the truck and return more than 30 back to my home to load !! Gas and time
Do your check in prior to arriving as the computer was not able to process my check in until I loaded the app on my phone.
This was not the location stated in my contract and we almost dropped the truck off at the wrong location. This location was closed and honestly, I didn't even know it existed. It is conveniently located.; however since it was closed I cannot answer two of the questions.
