Guy speaks horrible English and Difficult to understand. Was not helpful when there was a problem with my reservation return
Jeremy KVery poor service. He took four people ahead of me and was on the phone arguing with his rubbish pickup service. I had to tell him to get off the phone and process my 26' truck and car hauler trailer. A customer spending $1000 shouldn't be treated poorly. I will never go back to this location, and may switch rental companies as well.
Wayne RGreat pickup. Great vehicle. No issues. Actually pretty good fuel economy for a 26' truck. Great drop off. Perfect trip.

Kevin RVehicle had a crack in the windshield, and the muffler was super loud. The owner/manager could have been nicer, but working with the public I understand that's not easy.

Philip CThe person at the return was not able to us a computer and did not check in my truck nor give me a receipt. I had to return the next day (a full 24 hours later) to talk to another person, because they did not answer their phone. The key was left on the counter and it was not checked in by the previous shift person on duty. The place was dismal at best and did not look like a reputable business.
Terry VI rented the Towdolly for a one way to Ohio and I feel it was very expensive. I think you should offer a daily rate.

Roy BDoing a transaction over the phone isn't professional. The owner of the company should've been present, I've never done a U-Haul transaction over the phone so I won't be recommending this location.

Next step is to go online and submit negative reviews on this location and Uhaul as a company for not taking complaints seriously!

Hristos TExtremely RUDE man!! Back on f truck was filled with itch concrete dust, and debris. The ramp had screws and nails all the vet it. The man was h handled my rental was very very rude. I would never rent there again.

Ingrid VThe individual that addressed me was very discourteous. He acted as if I was an annoyance. Did not go out and inspect or check the vehicle with me. I had to leave the vehicle cuz I couldn't unload it and I needed my vehicle and he insisted that I not leave it there because somebody else would want to rent it available. When I came back to drop off the vehicle he walked outside check the vehicle out walked inside and said you can go now. I asked him for a receipt of the charges and look at me as if he didn't know what to do. Then I asked him one more time he sat down and gave me a receipt. The area that they call the U-Haul center with cluttered with food from their food stores.
Lawrence MI'll never ever utilize this location again. Spent an extra hour defending myself as the attendant was accusing me of damaging the truck - which by the way - was already damaged. My wife and I are both professionals and we just moved our family. Don't accuse me and question my integrity over Uhaul's oversight in properly marking a damaged vehicle prior to renting.

STEVEN ZOwner said he could not leave the store so I went out to take pictures for him of mileage, fuel, dolly and blankets I returned. Nice gentleman.
Earl FThe pick-up location was a small dumpy gas station where the trucks were parked in the woods. Once we got the 20-foot truck home, we noticed it was infested with roaches. We were on a time crunch and made the best of it, but this was extremely inconvenient. The guy barely spoke English and lacked any customer service skills. This was not the best experience.
Josh WU-Haul charged tolls to us without sufficient information for us to confirm the charges.Through an email, I requested additional information to which UHaul did not respond. They don't provide a phone number to call them.
Bruce WGuy was a bit standoffish when we went to pick up the truck , we had a bad feeling like he's going to use or credit card for extra purchases ( I hope not ) . And we paid for a one way trip so when we got to the place to drop off the truck they was closed with no key drop box ( and a fence with no access ) so we had to return the truck back to the place we got it from and was charged the higher mileage rate . Not very happy U-Haul.

Larry VHorrible experience. Charging my card randomly for the past 3 weeks. Uhaul works with 3rd party crack heads that don't know the policy and steal your credit card information. Uhaul threatens to put your bill in collections after 5 days. Even after it's been paid. So many things wrong with this rental company. Still waiting on corporate to reach out and resolve the issue.

I had to ask about bringing the keys back and placing them in this drop box or did they have one there. I also wanted better instructions on securing the dolly that I rented. I was told to " leave it in there". I didn't feel good about the whole experience.

debra tThe location needs to improve its efficiency. Took too long waiting for the paperwork considering I reserved the trailer two days in advance. They did not seem prepared. They also provided little help in assisting with the trailer connection. Seemed more interested in taking pictures of ME connecting the trailer. Did not help with a running light check either. Had to check the lights myself. They need to improve their customer service.
ronald lI reserved by my phone what I thought was two days with just shy of 200 miles included and $0,4/mile thereafter. There were no trucks available at the starting location of my trip, so I was directed to rent a vehicle from the end point of my one way move (approximately 180 miles from start to finish) ... I received a text the day before telling me the truck was actually a location a bit further than the place I had originally scheduled to pick it up. Then when I went to pick up the truck, they did not have the Appliance nor the furniture dolly I had reserved on the phone. I took the truck from this slightly further location and drove back to my old house and began loading. It took two trips, so I anticipated some extra mileage. I am on a SUPER Tight Budget, so I was a bit stressed. THe truck was reported to get about 10mpg ... we averaged 4mpg with the truck using high octane fuel. When we returned the truck, we were told that the rental included ZERO (0) miles and ALL miles were billed at $0,99/per mile. This made our rental fee more than double what we had budgeted for this move. I do not understand how the rate can be changed. I do not understand how U-haul can expect good reviews when they pull these changes (different location, no dollies available, different per mile rate).
Seth JVehicle was extremely dirty in cab, and to steer to the left to go straight. The gentleman helping us with contract was very nice and helpful.

Islam OI gave him a 2 star, because he is a nice man, but WAY in over his hrad. EVERYTHING was a time consuming disaster here. Worst pick up of way more than 20 prior rentals elsewhere. Definitely would NOT rent here again ( and I previously checked in and paid online!)

IVAN AThe only problems that I had over the pickup and drop off location was the person that checked me in we had a communication problem and when I tried to call them a number of times their phone would not ring or would say that I could not complete my call but my drop off experience was pleasant the overall condition the truck was great if I had the money I'd love to buy one they really handle well they handled corners tremendously I'm a retired trucker I've got three and a half million miles of trucking and I was very impressed with it even though it was a gas I am an old diesel guy but overall the truck was great my experience with customer service was okay I had a lot of drop calls I had to continually call them because I did not want insurance and I wound up getting it because the communication problem at the pickup point but I spoke with Matthew who is my regional U-Haul rental representative and he took care of that problem and he did a great job his handling of the problem was above and beyond for U-Haul he did a great job so I would definitely rent a truck again thank you very much

albert mI wS supposed to have drop off another location and the man said he doesn't have a co tract for a drop off there with us. I verified address and he said he had called uhaul this am and told them he had no room. We drove by there and he had 3 26 ft trucks that he had nowhere to park. They were in a field parked in a fenced area. Refused to take my truck and car dolly. I had to call uhaul to get another location he provided the number. I spoke with lady and explained situation. She sent us to another office and he was very reluctant to take as was just filling in for his son. We were there for over an hour trying to return truck and dolly. Finally he made it happen and we got to leave. This was quite an ordeal. Not sure would use Uhaul again.
STEVEN Parea for parking vehicles was overgrown and difficult to maneuver trailer in. Personnel, Ty, was very good.
PATRICK Lthe parking area is not large and both times we rented we were able to park the truck safely, but could be an issue. Attendant was helpful when their internet was down the first time we had to return and your app couldn't find the location - so we couldn't use the app for return.
Lorin DMan we dealt with was very little help! After like 20 minutes of issues, he finally called uhaul and got everything straightened within minutes…. I don't understand why he had to be so difficult. Then when dropping off he wanted us to put truck in a spot it wouldn't fit. When we finally told him it wasn't possible he was annoyed and stated he'd do it. Upon passing later, we noticed he too, couldn't squeeze the truck where he expected us too. Went to this location due to hours fitting my needs but I won't ever be back there!
