Just keep up the great work
Buddy LThe uhaul field manager at the Reloading Center in Burley went above and beyond to help me and my family out when our vehicle broke down. He stayed with us until we were able to have safer arrangements come pick us up. He helped get the trailer attached when help arrived until we ultimately left for home. Great experience in rough circumstances. Thankyou uhaul.
John OAshley went way out of his way to help me with my situation when my pickup broke down when I stopped in to rent a trailer. Most people today would of left it up to me to figure it out. He ran me to the parts store and Auto shops trying to help me get going. We couldn't so I rented a small van. If more people were like him this world would be a much kinder place. I couldn't of broke down at a better location. Great person. Thank you again.

Todd RThe pick up location was changed 2 days prior which wasn't too big of a deal, but then they changed the drop off location which was 30 miles AWAY from where we chose. We had to pay extra for the miles and gas all because UHaul changed the drop off location. It was inconvenient, expensive, and severely frustrating.

Michael CI was quoted the 19,95 rate for the 15 foot truck because the 10 foot truck was not available. However I was charged the full price for the 15 foot truck, and not the lower price that we agreed on. Thank you, Vicky Manning

lenny pAshley was very easy to work with and flexible. We had a lot of things come up in a very short period of time. He made the process very easy and painless. If we need to rent a UHAUL in the future we will go here and refer to others.
Roxie SMake the after hours online equipment check in more user friendly. I had to exit several times to take pictures and even though the picture I took was only 5 minutes old, I had to exit because the picture was not " current enough"
Bruce LRep couldn't log in until the exact time I had reserved the trailer, so we waited around and then he still had trouble getting my reservation to load on his phone. No help hitching up, rep forgot the the furniture pads so had to return to get them. He did stay until I got back. It all took much longer than it should have.
Jared JBusiness was closed due to coronavirus, when equipment was returned. Called 1-800-GO-UHAL for assistance checking in and was told I had to return to the rental location and check in by phone. Not to happy I to go back and check in when I called for assistance.
Bruce LNo one was there when we arrived so we went ahead and took the trailer since we had already reserved it and it was an emergency we needed it for they went ahead and charged us for an appliance dolly that we never even received

Darrell LThere was a crack in the windshield right in the drivers eye line. It made driving 10 hours pretty unpleasant. There was also a glare in the crack from the sun which was frequently in my eyes. This truck should not of been rented until this was fixed in my opinion.
