This experience was horrible. UHaul dropped the ball on letting me know where my truck was located and when it could be picked up. I incurred additional expenses going further for it than my original pick up location. That being said, the location it was originally at had an extremely rude proprietor that yelled at my husband as soon as we were able to talk to them instead of speaking civilly and realizing we had a mix up, so not dealing with them again was a blessing. The ladies at One Stop were wonderful and very understanding, so I would recommend them again. Uhaul - 1 star Happy Hills Feed - No stars just a warning One Stop - 5 StarsTabitha C.

Clerk was very rude during drop off and pick up! Truck was clean but only had 1/4 tank of gas when i picked it up so I had to put gas in it before I even left. Would not use this location again.Carrie P.

Checking back in the Uhaul was a hard process. The app did not work. Had to go to 3 locations and finally just dropped off along with keys and called to check it in . Note was 11 pmTammy B.

It was an ok place. It did have what we needed and was easy to get to. The app didn't work to have contactless pick-up. Truck worked well but cab wasn't the cleanest. But it was an older truck. It got the job done.Clayton O.

I originally requested the truck from a closer location, but the truck was not available because the previous renter had not returned it. Scheduling trucks too close together has now caused me more money because I had to pick it up from another location that was further.Joyce G.

I rented a 12 foot enclosed trailer. I went to pick it up and little did I know, that's exactly what I had to do! Usually UHaul places hook it up for you and make certain everything is working and correct. They pointed to the trailer I was renting and went back in! I am a woman over middle age and I was left to lift the trailer on to my hitch. There was no jack or wheel on the trailer so I had to line my car up precisely and get that huge trailer on to ball. Idk, but I suppose if I broke my back doing it they would be liable. When I got back I could find the key to get my padlock off if the chain so I asked if he had bolt cutters. He brought me a little handheld circular saw and told me to cut it off. It was too dangerous for him to do it. (My fingers are expendable.) Thank the Lord I found my key and spared my fingers. This place is so sketchy! Go to a regular UHaul dealer that will take care of you! NOT a guy who owns a gas station that couldn't care less about safety! BTW, my highlighted rule was to sweep it clean or I would be charged $25. When I got it, it was full of sand. I swept for at least two people. Maybe I needed a $25 discount. Abby W.

Renewed confidence in uhaul. My last experience at a different location was dismal at best. The truck I rented had the check engine light come on 30 miles down the road that the location would do nothing to help me. This time the equipment was in great shape, it was clean, low mileage, the people were very friendly. This experience has renewed my confidence in U-Haul and will most likely lead to me being a follow up customer. MerciShauna B.

We had a blow out out on the trailer hauling a car. The tire completely ruined. We sat and waited 4 hours for any help arrived. I sent the proper GPS information, the driver was still sent to the wrong area by Uhaul. I will in the future us a different trucking company. It was hot, we are both disabled senior citizens. We did not appreciate having to sit in our cars with our motors running to stay cooled off. We wasted gas and u wasted our time.Greg C.
This by far was my worse experience with Uhaul. The rep that check us out was horrible. Extremely unprofessional. I can not believe Uhaul allow this location to represent there brand. Would love to hear from someone at corporate to discuss this isuue. 817-692-1886Mitchell D.

The mobile pickup did not work at all. The U-Haul website kept telling me to return after 9:30 a.m. when it was already well after 9:30 a.m. I was just lucky that the local representative happened to be staying late or I wouldn't have been able to get my truck at all. Advertising mobile contactless pickup and not having it work at all is very frustrating.Loren S.

Van was dirty and windshield needed to be replaced as it had a rock pock mark near the driver side. The pick up process was nothing as described. I was told I would be able to access the vehicle by picking up the key via a lockbox. This location doesn't even offer that and almost didn't let me have the vehicle as the U -Haul portion was closed. Thankfully, the store attendant let me have the van. It's like U-Haul doesn't even know what is going on. I always have some trouble with U-Haul.Morris H.

The UHaul office was shut down and the clerk was operating inside a crappy convenience store. I rented a motorcycle with straps (to strap down a motorcycle) and when I got there there were no straps.. I asked the clerk and she nonchalantly said well... Sorry we don't have em (like tough shit) very unprofessional and if I ran a business this location and the employee representing my company would no longer be a factor... I would not recommend this location ever.DAVID D.

Make sure they have the equipment on hand when the reservation was confirmed. I had reserved an appliance dolly and when I got there, he said they have no appliance dollies. Made my job a whole lot harder. I'll go to someon else the next time I need to rentBruce V.
