Brad RMy truck was muddy and very unclean. My wife was making the trip with me and I had to clean the floor on the passenger side before I had her get in. I would not want her to get in and get her clothes, purse, etc. all dirty so I cleaned her side of the truck. I really haven't experienced this before but thought this should be brought to your attention because someone knew about this and let it slide! Bad business!!

Lloyd DNo one was there when we dropped off. They had a Number posted on the door to call. We called and were told just to back it up where the other trailers were and he would check it in when he got there.
Roxanna BThe online experience was horrible!! It took us two hours due to the person had an out of state driver's license. Not they had rented U-Haul before. The online app stopped working due to poor WIFI service on the property. Just not a user friendly process for the consumer.
William SI ended up dropping off the trailer and 10 ft truck at about 10 PM, no one was there, but it was an easy drop off. Took some pictures, dropped the key in to the drop box and was on my way. Nice set up.
