It would be nice to have a selection of different sized trucks. We used a 26' truck when we moved last time and it was ideal. This time we were told there was nothing larger than 20' trucks in Sudbury and it was frustrating because the mileage costs the same but we had to do three trips due to the small size of the truck. This cost a lot of extra time, gas, and Uhaul mileage fees.Sean C.

I am not sure I would use UHAUL again. Very confusing information. I reserved online with a pickup and drop off location. My reservation was NOT guaranteed and I had to drive out of town 2 hours both ways to pick up my equipment. I called to make sure where my drop off point was and was told anywhere. Then when i dropped off, i received a call the next day from another UHAUL asking where the equipment was because they were expecting it. VERY CONFUSING and terrible service.Carla S.

Truck had broken glass all inside of it. The staff did not adhere to covid 19 safety protocol; one staff member did not wear a face mask at all (that brought us our truck and assisted us in the dolly) and the other did not put on their mask until right in front of us at their desk.AMANDA N.
We got to the site where we were confirmed to have a truck and the place was closed. Two other customers were told 9 am and had to wait until 10:10 am to get their truck. Guy arrived and did not wear a mask until we asked him to despite signs all over the place. This was Tommy's car wash. He then told us we were at the other location on Notre Dame. We went there and I asked if the trucks were sanitized. The lady said yes. When I went to the truck it was not only not sanitized but if was filthy with pop or other sticky liquid dropped in the inside of the door on the steering wheel and on the console and a lighter on the floor. . There was a little more than a quarter tank of gas and the engine light was on. I felt blown off when I called your customer service line and was told to call back and blown off again when talking to the manager about the condition. I would like a phone call. In the midst of Covid, you can do much better. This was irresponsible at two sites in one city and unprofessional. I rented a truck from Bristol about a month ago and it was pristine. Not the service or experience I expected from such an established company.Scott S.
This is the location I go to. With all my trailer rentals in the past and future, there's no need to improve. Fhil D, Andrew, Dan are very helpful. These are the people I usually deal with. when your putting gas in the middle doesn't move. until you start it by that time I went well over the gas. and of course if you don't enough gas in you charge but if you put too much ...oh well sucks to be me. I rent often and wi be needed another truck at the end of the month but seriously thinking not. cause I was basically oh well I told you so.MARGERET D.

The truck was in good condition and it drove well, as well as customer service was good. The issue I do have to say is the website for checking in and dropping off the truck did not work for me at all. I kept having the prompt saying I don't have reservations when I had absolutely made one. This issue prompted me to call when picking the truck up which was a 38 minute wait on the phone, and dropping it off at 8:00 pm which I waited 58 minutes on the phone and wasn't answered until 9:00pm. Overall good truck and good help just poor website and over the top wait times to speak with a customer representative.jared L.

The van was dirty inside and therefore was not santized from the last customer. Half of the staff did not wear masks and did not enforce customers. I watched 3 customers come and go with no masks and the store had just opened for the day. The middle aged male employee with the longer hair, walked around with no mask. Another much younger male employee walked within 1 foot of me to enter the building, no mask! The older gentleman tried to wear a mask that slid down his nose and mouth repeatedly during our conversation. He was very helpful and professional though. A lady came to help customers, she was fully masked. I had really liked dealing with this site from my past experiences, the staff is both friendly and helpful, but we are in this pandemic and our numbers are sky rocketing here in sudbury. And this site does not do its part to protect anyone from covid. Masks are now mandatory!ANGELM P.

The employees at this location do not wear masks and do not social distance. Not one mask to be seen. I did not appreciate that. Especially since the employee and I had to interact to ensure the trailer was returned with no damage. I was hanging back 10 feet due to this. He would stop to wait for me and also tried to hold the store door open for me. I did my best to stay within the guidelines for everyone's health.DEBORAH ANN R.

We made a reservation for a 10" truck for Saturday Nov 7. When I tried to print the confirmation email I was confused when it was telling me that a cube van had been reserved for me at a different location I thought this was an error and located my original reservation. Only to find out when we showed up at the first place they had nothing available and directed us to go to the second option. We were not impressed.Brian S.

Love the customer service there and haven't had a problem until now but showed up for my reserved trailer and not one single trailer was available so I ended up taking a uhaul which cost me twice as much on top of having to pay multiple fees at the dump for using it. Sometimes these things are out of peoples control so no hurt feelings!Austin G.

Its is absolutely insane that I was charged almost 350 $for a one day trip with a trailer! The gentleman working the counter was super nice but I will never use U haul again and I will be sure to steer people away from this company.JENNIFERELLEN M.
This comment is directed at UHaul as a company. I think it is unacceptable that you now require to scan my driver's license and you upload it to your servers.
