Have equipment on hand that I ordered. I ordered and needed moving blankets but when I picked up the truck they were out. Mine should've been reserved for me.

But I wont recommend U-Haul to anyone but I will advise people to not rent from U-Haul. I have a large family and circle of friends 4 adult children, 6 adult grandchildren with families of their own, their extended families, AND our friends. Thats a whole lotta that will be advising people "NOT U-HAUL" Read the above comment to find out why I say YOU STINK.

The address in Google took me to a gap in the trees with a gravel drive and Uhaul trucks haphazardly parked all over and no attendant. A further walk through the trees lead me to a dealer at a pawn shop, when I thought I was looking for a self-storage location. Very confusing. Vehicle check-in is when they had time between customers (I was quoted 15-20 minute wait) but as I was moving I had to trust they would do me right which they did. Had I known or had it to do over again I would probably chose a different drop-off location.

This was the alternate location I was given for drop-off after my original location was not available. While I was happy to find a location that was (then) on my route home, when I arrived, it was not clear where to drop the trailer off and no one was overly helpful about it. I entered the office where to individuals were standing. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them, even though I was the one trying to complete a transaction. I inquired about where I should drop the trailer, only to be told "anywhere over by the other trailers". This parking lot was very small and I certainly didn't want to block any access, but was told to just drop it where I was. I initially waited to see if one of these employees were coming to help, but they did not. I disconnected the trailer, unhooked it, and dropped it where it was. No inspection was performed while I was there, no paperwork, no nothing. I then left through a muddy field, happy at that point to be free of the whole transaction. I have used U-Haul on several occasions as I've moved all over the country, but this has been by far the worst experience I've had so far.

I had to drop my U-Haul off in the middle of a field with no lighting. The field was full of debris and holes. The only way I was sure I was supposed to put it there was because there was other U-Haul's in the field. There was absolutely no signs.

I had to fill fluids ( antifreeze and power steering fluid) less than a quarter tank of gas. Truck was very dirty.

I had the worst experience with U-Haul! Y'all are a terrible company with TERRIBLE customer service! I will NEVER use y'all again and I would NEVER recommend y'all either!

Difficult to negotiate parking lot configuration. This is not Republica, it is Bradley Barter and Pawn.

Let the customer know ahead of time, when renting about the check in routine. We had already dropped the keys to the vehicle in the return box before we realized we had to take a pic of the odometer. We were under the Impression there would be someone there to check it in. We haven't rented one in over 20yrs . Things have changed a lot. This information when renting would have been very helpful. Luckily we hadn't looked the doors yet or we would not have gotten the pics of the inside.

The officee staff were friendly, and tried to be helpful. That is the ONLY good thing we have to say about this facility!! There was NO light, and there were no evening hours, both of which made working in the storage unit very difficult. There was not even a restroom available for custoners to use! When we returned to the unit after being on a mission trip for 3 years, we found: ceilings collapsing from rain damage; WATER DAMAGE to furniture and MOLD in furniture, making it unusable; boxes of goods destroyed by water damage; RAT TURDS covering everything; holes chewed into boxes and items destroyed by rats. We paid over $100/month for 3 years, and this was what we found!!! We have used storage units in 3 other states, and have always experienced responsible proprietors, but Republica Self Storage is beyond awful!!!!!

The ceiling fell through from access rain and ruined much of my things, the place was infested with nice, it stunk really bad because of that and the mice destroyed a bunch of documents and boxes of styrofoam cups to make nests. That is why I left. I left a couple years ago, so this is a bit late

Trying to schedule the pickup was a terrible experience. I was on hold and then on the phone for 45 and was disconnected just as she was telling me how to pick up the trailer. She did not call back. When I called back, they said the reservation had not been completed and one again, after 45 minutes.we were disconnected. It was most frustrating!

I had such a difficult time taking possession of my rental. I sat in the hot sun over an hour chatting on the phone for help ! The van was dirty .... I could not check in my van properly! It was a mess

The owner actually was there to help us get our vehicle. She was EXTREMELY helpful. If she was not there I am not sure how we would have gotten our vehicle.

Mobile check in (and check out) process was fantastic! Everything went smoothly and can was great, served the purpose for which we needed, and was in great shape for a cargo van. The rubber flooring is a great plus as well. The only compliant I have is the utility dolly I rented was not on the truck and the location was closed (doors locked) when we arrived at noon and the location was supposed to be open until 1. Thank you for having customer service representatives available to answer phone calls. I was glad I was able to reach out to someone to let them know. She wasn't able to find me one where we live and I had to find one on my own, but I was glad she was available to voice the issue to.

The gentlmen working the counter was very helpful and polite however the place was small and messy and the step driveways made it difficult to get a 26' truck with trailer in and parked.

Attendant in the store is the one who is usually there when i pick up rentals. He is very kind, knowledgable and professional. I get in and out in a timely manner with the information and product i need.

The tires needed to be balanced. It Wobbled down the road at highway speed. Made my trip very bouncy.

The original return place said they would be open until five I got there at three there was no one around the gates were locked and there was no number to call. Called customer service they weren't very helpful his initial response was well I'm sorry I don't know what to tell you. And he finally came up with a place on Dockery Lane.

Rental was not ready for mobile pickup as requested. Had to wait for office to open to pick up. Put me an hour or so behind.

The young lady at 655 Dockery Lane was super helpful and friendly. She even offered to help me lift the tongue of the trailer onto the hitch. I would definitely use them again!

If you're bringing a U-haul to the Cleveland, TN area, I recommend this as your drop-off store. While the location is a bit far from downtown, the service was great. I'd only recommend a little tidy up and then it would be 5 stars all the way.

Do not put what I believe was Frebreze (or at least smelled like it) in the cab of the truck! It was so strong that we had to drive with the windows down and still had our lungs burning. Frebreze is very toxic to your health. Everything else was good about the truck..

Our truck was blocked in when we went to pick it up. The location did not open on time and made us late for our arrival at our new place for our movers. The owner made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by having to come out and help us get our truck.

Barely a storage unit - is NOT climate controlled - run down, smells and is in overall very poor condition. I only stayed because we were already there with movers. I will be moving my stuff
