When checking the trailer in the person didn't even know what to do. He did not even check it in. I received a call asking if I was going to turn the trailer in even though I turned it in 48 hours earlier. Not a good representative of U Haul.

JONATHAN AMy problem is that I got an email the day of that my pickup location got moved which added a more mileage there and back. Luckily I caught it but on moving day, things were very hectic at the time. It also pushed my moving time with the people I hired so they had to leave and the move wasn't complete. Then I was charged for gas when I brought it back with more than when I got it. Horrible experience from uhaul!
Tavaras SHOLD THE RESERVATION. DONT GIVE THE TRUCK AWAY AND FORCE THE "VALUED CUSTOMER " TO SCRAMBLE FOR ANOTHER TRUCK THE DAY OF A MOVE.
Christopher FI would love to give a review of the location I made my reservation at, South Cobb Parkway!! Reserved a truck online 18 days prior to the day I needed it, and reserved the after-hours option. Had a confirmation #, the day I go to pick up the truck, download the app etc to check it out, there are no reservations listed, called the 1-800 # and was told someone must have forgotten to put in the reservation, wtf ?? and then said that the S Cobb location I was at didn't offer after hours, and didn't have any trucks available, not true. I was looking at the after-hours signs/instructions and I was parked next to two trucks. I specifically chose that location because of the after-hours option! I had a confirmation/reservation #!! Was sent out of my way to this location to pick up a truck, that didn't have a dolly. Worst experience ever, no one ever contacted me, I had a reservation that wasn't honored at the S Cobb location.
Katherine LThis was my choice for pickup, but yours. I selected a pickup location much closer to my home that is well known to me. Changing my pickup location made me uncomfortable and added some stress.
David BThis place was ok. The guys were friendly . The truck was ok but still kinda dirty. Spill ins cupholder, light debris on floors and a couple napkins under the seats . Not terrible, not great. What you'd expect from uhaul . Two weeks in a row my pickup spot got changed last minute. The first time, I was told the nearest one was about 30miles out of the way. So I canceled. This time , Emily, the original location manager was very helpful in locating a uhaul nearer to me & granted me some extra miles which I didn't end up needing.
