Michael VMake sure your self service options are 100 % working because I end up at this location because the app was saying I didn't have a reservation but I have a email with a reservation number and customer service can see I have a reservation as well, I had a very bad day because of this.

John KMy experience at this location was great. The truck was waiting for me, the check-in was extremely fast and efficient, and the drop off process - even outside business hours - was seamless. Lastly the final bill arrived immediately with the adjusted (and accurate) mileage charge. 10 out of 10!!!

ERIC NThe U-Haul Rental Return Process is cumbersome and difficult to navigate. On a scale of 1-10, 1 being worst, I would rate it a 2.

Robert BAlthough no issue with damage to truck - it makes me nervous to do checkout process entirely via email. The email form has space for signature and verification of returned truck. I had no access to that at check in.

Brian DI reserved a trailer from the Plymouth location a month before I needed it . I went in the monday before I was to pick it up and it was still all set. The day before I was to pick it up I got a txt that they couldn't fufill my reservation. Was sent to Kingston to pick one up and they couldn't fufill my reservation there I called the district manager and he finally got me one in Halifax .I think it's unreal I had a reservation and had to drive to 2 other towns just to fufill my reservation.
